We offer a T2 apartment located in Leguevin, west of Toulouse, new and equipped with WIFI (Box WIFI + TV offering foreign channels and some cable channels).
It is located on the ground floor of a recent residence with swimming pool and consists of:
- A living room equipped with a convertible sofa, table, chairs and a 32 '' LCD TV
- A fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, fridge, induction hob, electric coffee maker, kettle and complete crockery for 4 people),
- A bedroom of 10 m2 with a large closet and a 140 bed,
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a straightener and a hair dryer,
- Separate wc,
- A 12 m2 terrace with table, chairs and parasol,
- A secure underground parking space.
The swimming pool is common to the residence and free access for tenants (usually open from mid June to mid September)
The apartment is close to shops (SuperU at 200m, children's playground and pétanque field at 400m).
Léguevin being located at the gates of the Gers, you can either relax in the countryside, or reach Toulouse 15 km away, or go for a walk in the Pyrenees (the ski slopes are 2 and a half hours by car). Toulouse / Blagnac Airport is 15 minutes away.
The sea (Narbonne) is 1h30 / 2h from Toulouse.

Accueillis par le propriétaire très sympathique dès notre arrivée, il nous a tout montré et expliqué. L'appartement est fonctionnel et propre, très calme. On a un accès à la piscine de la copropriété et à un parking fermé. Nous recommandons ce logement à 15 mn du centre de Toulouse.

Super sejour dans ce beau 2 pieces fonctionnel. Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas age. Residence au calme, dans un bon quartier. L appartement est tres bien expose, ombrage, au rez de chausse. En pleine saison la piscine est peu fréquentée donc tres agreable. Tres bon rapport qualite prix. Fabrice est tres gentil et accueillant. Je recommande vivement.

Un séjour fort agréable dans un appart récent et bien équipé

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet appartement moderne bien équipé aussi bien en mobilier, qu'en électroménager, vaisselle... Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin ainsi qu'une terrasse donnant sur le jardin bien agréable pour prendre l'apéro. Une place de parking au sous sol de la résidence nous était réservée. Super U à 200 mètres et excellent boulangerie à 400 mètres! Route Toulouse Auch assez proche: leguevin offre un positionnement intéressant. Nous vous recommandons cette location :) Merci à Fabrice pour son accueil et sa disponibilité fort agréable :)
