Five TV's with digital cable, two DVD players, wireless internet, phone. Front to rear decks with four chairs, great ocean views, outside shower with hot and cold water, beach access diagonally across street. Dining table seats eight, bar with four stools, beautifully tiled main level, ceiling fans and highchair.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that occasionally dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Beware of fish blood and other disgusting discoveries

Although this property is in an excellent location, the house was left disgustingly dirty, fish smell throughout, fish blood in the refrigerator drawers and dripping down the inside back of the refrigerator, food scraps on plates in the cabinets and silverware in the drawer, food residue on placemats, soiled comforters on beds - these must be health and safety violations_especially in the current covid environment. Washing machine leaked onto vehicles below. Lights out in the laundry room. Broken chairs on the porch - safety hazard. We requested broken chairs to be removed and light bulb to be replaced and no-one ever came. They offered a small credit, but have not followed through. Never again will I book with anyone who uses Oak Island Accommodations. They were so mush less than accommodating. VRBO should stop allowing Oak Island Accommodations to manage any of their client's properties.
