Five TVs with premium cable (One 50" flat screen TV in living room and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms), two DVD players, wireless internet, and a Nintendo 64. Spacious oceanfront deck with rocking chairs and picnic table, hot tub with expansive views of ocean, enclosed hot and cold outside shower with dressing area, charcoal grill, two-car garage with storage area. Two oceanfront decks, the lower being shaded. Open concept living area with new flooring, lots of seating and a half bath. The beautiful and spacious, fully renovated kitchen boasts new appliances, granite countertops and a large island with plenty of room to gather. Spacious kitchen stocked with large array of cook's tools and dishware. Four upstairs en-suite bathrooms (two with tub/shower combos and two with tile step-in showers and waterfall shower heads) and one en-suite bathroom with tiled shower on the first floor. Board games, puzzles, highchair, pack-n-play and baby gate. Weekly rentals only.
