There's plenty of parking. This condo has it's own laundry in the unit. Cable-TV and Internet. Window A/C in both rooms. Ground level unit, no stairs. There is a separate storage locker large enough to keep a few larger items. We manage 2 units in this same complex, if you have a large group who would like separate accommodations near one another.
