Amazing apartment looking onto the beach

Modern apartment with quality finishes and tastefully decorated with comfortable interiors. It is on the second of a five-story building. The area of the house is 95 m². When you go into the apartment the first room is a bright living-dinnig room with amazing seaviews. There are a dining table with 6 seats and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has everything you could need. Besides, there are two double bedroom, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed, and one bathroom. The living- dining room leads you to a cosy terrace where you can stare at the beautiful views of the beach and the promenade of Cala Millor.

Sehr schöne, moderne FeWo mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Ein schöner großer Balkon mit direktem Meer- und Strandblick. Bei kleinen Problemen mit Geräten war Frau Barbara Estevan immer ansprechbar und hat umgehend geholfen.

Baustellenlärm im Haus

Leider wurden in der Wohnung direkt über uns Bauarbeiten mit Boschhammer durchgeführt, an Erholung war nicht zu denken. Ansonsten ist es eine wunderschöne und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Lage und Ausstattung Top

I am really sorry about the inconveniencies. At the beginning of the booking the apartment above our apartment started remodeling works. We have no control about that. They say it take a short time and ends shortly.

Diese Wohnung ist noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub mehr als genossen. Frau Esteba ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, beim ein und auschecken hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und die Kommunikation war wirklich toll. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!!! Schöne große Unterkunft direkt am Strand

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit schönem Balkon und Blick auf das Meer. Die Parkplatzsuche ist im Juni eine kleine Herausforderung. Abends kann es teilweise aufgrund der Lage recht laut sein, aber wenn man kurze Wege zum Strand möchte, muss man das eben in Kauf nehmen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Barbara war mehr als super! Vielen Dank

Schönes Apartment mit Meerblick

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Apartment. Es verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, alles was benötigt wird, war vorhanden. Der Blick direkt auf das Meer lädt zum verweilen ein. Direkt an der Promenade sind viele Restaurants die Fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Auch Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind rundherum. Mit dem Auto sind kleinere Buchten schnell zu erreichen. Ich würde das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren dieses Jahr erneut im gleichen Apartment, es war genau so schön wie letztes Jahr. Es fehlte in der Grundausstattung an nichts, wir bekamen auch ein Babybett und einen Kinderstuhl. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, wobei frühstücken auf dem Balkon im August etwas ungünstig ist, da die Sonne von früh an bis zum Mittag dort scheint. Letztes Jahr waren wir Ende Juni dort, hier konnte man den Balkon besser zum frühstücken nutzen, jedoch war dann das Meer noch kühler. So hat jeder Monat seine Vorteile, dass Apartment entspricht ganz der Beschreibung.

Der Balkon zur Promenade war ein toll, war wie Kino und der Blick übers Meer traumhaft. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und alles fast neu.

Schöne Wohnung in top Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung ist super (Küchenutensilien, extra Strandhandtücher, Spiele etc.) und es gab sogar Luftmatratzen für den Strand. Der Balkon hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf's Meer und eignet sich sehr gut zum Entspannen und Essen. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, sowie zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants. Somit war es auch nicht schlimm, dass das Auto auf einem größeren Parkplatz ca 5 Min vom Apartment steht. Die Strandpromenade vor der Tür ist praktisch zum Spazieren gehen und Joggen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

'Perfect'

The Apartment was Modern, bright, airy and Clean. The bonus was beach Towels were provided but also, beach umbrellas and blow up sun beds were there for use too. With good access to shops/Bars/Restaurants virtually on your doorstep (but still quiet location) as well as frontline to the beach giving amazing views - a good all round perfect location! We would definitely recommend this property and will ensure a return holiday.

Modernes strandnahes Appartement

Neues modernes Appartement mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Uns hat nur eines gestört: die Vorhänge machen nicht wirklich dunkel und es gibt keine Jalousie. Wenn man gerne früh morgens von der Sonne geweckt werden möchte, dann ist das Appartement genau richtig. Ein zusätzlicher Verdunkelungsvorhang wäre optimal. Die Strandnähe ist nicht zu toppen da direkt über der Promenade der Strand und das Meer ist und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und finden die Unterkunft sehr schön und empfehlenswert 👍

Tolles Apartment mit traumhafter Lage

Wir waren schon mehrfach in cala millor, sodass wir uns vor Ort gut auskannten. Die Buchung lief reibungslos und sicher. Als wir unseren Mietwagen abgeholt hatten informierten wir den Mitarbeiter vom Anbieter, dass wir in ca. 1 Stunde da sein werden. Als wir eintrafen erschien unmittelbar danach die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur und ging mit uns ins Apartment. Die Bilder entsprachen komplett der Realität und alles war in einem guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, es fehlte eigentlich an nichts. Man befindet sich im 2. OG mit einer großen Terrasse und herrlichen Meerblick. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich kleine Supermärkte und ein Burger King, auch der nächste Eroski mit größerer Auswahl ist sehr nah. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, wir haben gerne auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt, aber auch im Ort gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants um sich verpflegen zu können. Cala Millor hat einen wunderschönen Sandstrand der für Familien sehr gut geeignet ist, da man weit ins Wasser gehen kann ohne das es tief wird. Von mehreren Apartments die wir in diesem Ort gebucht hatten, gehört dieses mit zur besten Wahl. Wir würden wieder hier buchen und bedanken uns, dass wir Gäste sein durften.

Modernes Apartment und erholsamer Urlaub

Die Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe war pünktlich und unkompliziert. Die Apartmentseinrichtung überstieg unsere Erwartungen. Wir waren positiv überrascht über 2 Liegen auf der Terrasse sowie 2 Strandstühle und einen Sonnenschirm sowie 4 Strandtücher. Die Information darüber fehlt nämlich in der Beschreibung. Es fanden sich auch zahlreiche Bücher, ein Strandball-Set, verschiedene Kerzen und ein Verbandskasten, welcher sich als sehr nützlich erwies. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche, Bade- und Handtücher sowie Küchen-Waschlappen neu, die Küchenutensilien zahlreich. Wir haben 13 Tage bezahlt und sind 14 Tage da gewesen. Nicht mal 100 m entfernt gibt es einen Supermarket Eroski mit einer großen Auswahl an Lebensmittel inkl. Frischfisch. In ca. 2 km Entfernung gibt es auch LIDL und Merkado. In der nächsten Lokalität Sa Caleta hat es uns nicht geschmeckt, dazu war es verhältnismäßig teuer. In 14 Tagen waren wir insgesamt 2 Mal essen, ein weiteres Mal im Restaurant mit gehobener Küche Son Floriana - da hat alles gestimmt, besonders lecker war der Heilbutt. Was wir vermisst haben: 1. Information auf deutsch in der Infomappe. 2. Eine kleine Garderobe im Eingangsbereich. 3. Hacken für 8! Tücher im Bad. Nicht desto trotz waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden gern wieder kommen.

Perfekter Strandurlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Direkt am Meer. Aus der Tür raus und schon ist man am Strand oder Abends auf der (verkehrsfreien) Promenade. Natürlich kann es dadurch mal etwas lauter werden. Aus unserer Sicht aber kein Problem, da man, sollte es mal stören, die Balkontüren zu lassen kann (die Wohnung verfügt über ein gut funktionierende Klimaanlage). Damit komme ich auch direkt zum absoluten Highlight, dem großen Balkon, mit einem traumhaften, direkten Blick aufs Meer. Aber nicht nur die Lage verdient fünf Sterne. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an Nichts. Großer Küchenbereich mit allem was man so braucht. Bezogene Betten und Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein ausdrückliches Lob gibt es auch für die Sauberkeit, ist so nicht in jeder Ferienwohnung selbstverständlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, sowie die Übergabe vor Ort waren ebenfalls top. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Objekt wirkte von aussen nicht so gepflegt aber die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön mit Blick aufs Meer...Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe....einziger Nachteil war die Lautstärke bis nachts bedingt durch die Lage an der Promenade am Strand....wenn einen das nicht stört ist sie Wohnung absolut weiter zu empfehlen....

Ein wunderschönes Appartement

Die Wohnung ist absolut perfekt ! Auf dem neusten stand, absolut sauber und modern. Eine traumhafte Lage mit super Balkon. Das Appartement ist komplett ausgestattet.
