Go on holiday where many locals live - this is the motto of a stay in the beautiful town house Casa Vida in picturesque Artà. In the heart of the historic community, you live here with and among the local population. When buying bread rolls in the morning in the bakery just around the corner, having an espresso with the locals in one of the cafés under the shady plane trees of the Plaça del Conqueridor, or on the wonderful market, in Artà the often quoted other or original Mallorca is not a cliché, but unadulterated reality.

The "Casa Vida" holiday home, which has been renovated with great attention to detail, is located in the heart of the enchanting town of Artà. It is located in the middle of the picturesque old town, the pedestrian zone with numerous shops, weekly markets and many restaurants is just around the corner. There is plenty of sea on long beaches or dreamy bays. All just a quarter of an hour away.

The interior of the town house is well thought out, spacious and comfortable. Spread over three floors, the extensive and tasteful furnishings leave nothing to be desired for comfort-conscious guests. Chilling and relaxing, holiday reading with you, a cozy night's sleep or work you have brought with you, there is a suitable room for every need and interest at this location.

On the ground floor, in addition to the large dining area and an open kitchen, there is an inviting living area with an XXL armchair and a comfy couch. Even in the low season or in winter, comfort is guaranteed here. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a 1.4 m wide bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower.

For your very best holiday sleep, the next floor houses a master double bedroom with a box spring bed 2x2 m with a comfortable mattress (new in 2020), another double bedroom (mattress width 1.6 m) and a lounge area with a couch and SAT-SMART TV with recording function. A large bathroom offers a waterfall shower, double sink, bathtub and toilet.

The roof terrace with a beautiful view over the roofs of Artà and the mountains lets you forget the time on spacious lounge benches from the sunrise. There is also a technical room with washing machine and dryer.

The spacious patio is another highlight. Here are u. a. a dining area with a large parasol and barbecue area, comfortable loungers, a pool and a cozy lounge area. We have redesigned this, the seating and lying area offers generous comfort - thick cushions and many pillows on a lounge area of ​​approx. 3.3 x 1.7 m enable the best relaxation - thanks to the fan even in midsummer.

New air conditioning cold/warm ensures pleasant temperatures throughout the house all year round - mosquito blinds ensure an undisturbed night's sleep!

The booked price includes:

- a fully equipped house, WiFi on all levels including the patio, bed linen and towels included. Please bring your own beach towels! Note: an extra bed in a second bedroom is possible when booking 2 people for a small additional charge - please inquire about this individually.

Not included in the price:

Costs for handover and final cleaning are €210.00.
This flat rate is to be paid in cash upon arrival and handover.

DEPOSIT (to be paid 14 days before arrival):

This is a flat rate of 300 euros for up to 21 nights, or 400 euros for 3 or 4 people
--- 400 euros for 22 nights or more, or 500 euros for 3 or 4 people

This will be charged:
- Ecotasa - the tourist tax of currently €2.00 / €1.00 per day and person + VAT (high season 01.05. to 31.10./ low season 1.11.-30.4. (from 9 nights 50% discount))
- any damage caused by the tenant to and in the house
- the electricity - is charged very fairly at 0.35 euros/kWh

- The balance from the deposit payment will be settled after departure.

The municipality of Artá ​​has drawn up a detailed disposal plan for waste disposal (this is in the house). This enables good basic disposal - but please take residual waste with you when you leave - the disposal is NOT included in the cleaning fee.

We have set up a piece of jewelry here with high quality, so that we can spend our vacation as we imagine it. Therefore we have decided the following:

- for rent to a maximum of 4 people - main tenant at least 30 years old
- not for rent to families with small children (sorry, but also too dangerous)
