This large villa in Corsica is located on the seaside resort of Moriani Plage, with beautiful sandy beaches and the surrounding mountains.

The small seaside resort of Moriani plage is very pleasant with its bars and restaurants, it is ideal for enjoying meals inside or outside.
Visitors will find many opportunities for recreation, water sports, diving, windsurfing, fishing, swimming, horse riding, hiking ...

The house is located in a large and beautiful property, consisting of several rentals. This villa has its own private garden and swimming pool.
It has private parking, a barbecue area and it is located in the heart of a 2 hectare wooded park. The Villa Coloniale even has its own studio.

Great place to stay

Appropriate for both able bodied & those with a disability. 2 bedrooms located downstairs & 3 on the ground floor which include a separate residence that could be accessed via the ground floor. Supermarket & restaurants are within walking distance. Corsica is a beautiful island & for those who wish to explore further a car is needed although it is relatively cheap to travel to Bastia by bus. Locals are so friendly, would definitely visit again.

2 Wochen im März zum Radfahren

Das Bild der Unterkunft auf der Plattform hat mit der Realität nur bedingt etwas zu tun: Es gibt keinen Rasen, so wie er auf dem Foto zu sehen ist. Lediglich im hinteren Bereich des Grundstücks. Eine Betontischtennisplatte steht durchgebrochen auf dem Gelände. Der Pool war im März noch geschlossen. Insgesamt machte die Außenanlage einen etwas ungepflegten und vernachlässigten Eindruck. Das sieht später im Jahr, wenn alles blüht und grün ist, sicher besser aus.Drinnen ist das Haus ok. Mit 9 Erwachsenen waren genügend Schlafplätze und Bäder vorhanden. Auch der große Tisch im Wohn-Küchenbereich ist sehr praktisch. Leider mussten wir die Spül- und Kaffeemaschine erst reinigen, bevor sie ordentlich funktionierten.Die Lage des Hauses ist recht gut. An der Durchgangsstraße von Bastia in den Süden, aber soweit zurückliegend, dass man vom Straßenlärm nichts mitbekommt. Das Meer ist fußläufig. Ein Bäcker, eine Metzgerei und ein großer Supermarkt sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr praktisch.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin bzw. deren Mitarbeiterin war gut und sehr freundlich. Wenn wir den Haustechniker brauchten, war er sehr schnell zur Stelle.Auch wenn man so früh im Jahr nicht erwarten kann, dass man in einen blühenden Garten kommt, hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass die Vermieter Haus und Garten vor unserer Ankunft gründlicher gepflegt hätten. Dass haben wir ihnen auch so übermittelt.

Maison vieillissante

La maison et l’extérieur ont bien meilleure allure en photo qu’en réalité. L’ensemble mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement. Manque d’entretien en général. Dommage car maison de belle surface et bien située, proche de la plage et des commerces.

Bonjour Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour votre commentaire. 99 % des clients sont satisfaits et reviennent régulièrement. Il est vrai qu'en fin de saison, il peut y avoir quelques dégradations causés par les clients mais nous faisons notre possible pour les réparer. Concernant l'entretien de la piscine et jardin, tous les matins une personne intervient également. C'est dommage que vous n'en ayons pas discuté avant de mettre un commentaire négatif !!

Villa idéal pour une grande famille

Nous avons passé avec ma famille (12 au total) un séjour parfait dans une villa très bien située (commerce et plage à 5 min à pied) et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis et conseillés par la gérante et Céline. Merci. Et à très bientôt on l’espère

When working meets holiday

We booked this beautiful house to work at Rally de Corse this year. The staff was impressed by the quite and calm surrounding. Everybody could get their rest to be fit for the next day. We would come again! :)
