In the garden of a charming villa of 1928 on the beach in LA BOUILLABAISSE (Gassin / Saint-Tropez), a house of two rooms, located 40 meters from the sea, with private parking, ideal for a couple or alone accompanied by one or even two children.

Between nautical pleasures of the Gulf and tropéziennes explorations.

The Villa is composed of a main house, where the owners, and two bastidons in the garden for the guests.

It is located on the beach in LA BOUILLABAISSE (common side GASSIN), within fifteen minutes walk from the port of Saint-Tropez, eighty-six meter input and output boards of the municipality.

Both bastidons have direct access, unique and private to the public beach.

The garden of approximately 1000 m2, is available to guests, as well as their vehicles.

The owners stay on site in the main house, and are therefore close to all requests of the guests.

The beach is family and offers, from May to October, water activities.

We would welcome casual people, respectful and caring.

No animal allowed.

Smoking allowed on the property, outside the houses.

The main house and its terrace are strictly reserved for the use of owners.

The area of ​​LA BOUILLABAISSE has some good restaurants on the beach and other fast food shops.

It is located three hundred meters from a bakery, one kilometer from Saint-Tropez center and five kilometers from the Mall of LA FOUX (GASSIN).
The villa is located less than a kilometer from the bus station of Saint-Tropez.

What a lovely cottage in St. Tropez!

Arriving at this little cottage was like a breath of fresh air. Tucked away behind the gate, the property is peaceful, naturally landscaped, and has a beautiful view of the bay. We had our own entrance gate to the beach and loved our time watching the kite-surfers. The cottage is perfect for 2-4 people. It's simple, light and airy. And Benjamin was awesome as our host. He was very attentive to make sure we were comfortable. It is now our favorite place in France and we hope to return.

A wonderful treasure in Saint-Tropez!

We had a great time at Benjamin and Caroline’s Saint-Tropez property! The beach is literally a stone’s throw away, which made our experience oh-so-unique. We strolled to town every evening for dinner, and the fun beach clubs are only a 10-minute drive away. We had everything we needed at Villa Uraguay, including a very usable kitchen! Also, so much space for just a couple, which was a nice departure from the tiny hotel where we stayed in Paris a couple days prior! Thanks so much to our hosts — we will definitely be back!

Super endroit et idéalement situé

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Benjamin et son très sympathique voisin ! Une maison au bord de l'eau avec accès direct à la plage, un jardin privatif et place de parking. C'était parfait et nous recommandons fortement d'y aller ! Idéal pour les familles, pour les couples, ou entre amis.

Un'oasi vicino a Saint Tropez

Già dallo scambio di email con Ben, il padrone di casa, abbiamo avuto un'ottima impressione che è poi stata confermata durante il nostro soggiorno. Tutto quello riportato nell'annuncio corrisponde al vero, l'appartamento è grande e con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, per nulla affollata ed affacciata sul mare pulitissimo. In 15 minuti a piedi, grazie alla pista ciclo pedonale, raggiungerete il centro di Saint Tropez, in 10 minuti il supermercato. La casa ha accesso diretto sulla statale, putroppo molto trafficata sino a tarda notte, il che comporta un fastidioso rumore di auto e moto che obbliga a chiudere le finestre dell'appartamento. Non avendo l'aria condizionata, ma solo un paio di ventilatori, potrebbe risultare molto caldo. Il rapporto qualità, prezzo posizione è buono.

Vacances en famille réussies, cadre magnifique et hôtes sympathiques.

Le "cabanon" est en parfait état et meublé avec goût et simplicité, parfait pour des vacances en famille. Le jardin est fleuri, ombragé et clos, parfait pour que les enfants s'amusent en toute sécurité. La plage à proximité avec accès direct, un luxe! La gentillesse et la prévenance de Caroline et Benjamin ont été également très appréciés. A l'année prochaine!
