In a secure 4-storey residence with lift and swimming pool, this approximately 34m² studio, equipped for 3 people, is located near Port Santa Lucia and its shops (500m), opposite the Santa Lucia and Fournas creeks, the center city and sandy beaches.

On the ground floor, facing South/West, the accommodation consists of a main room with a "wardrobe" bed for 2 people (140x190) + 1 sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob with 4 burners, microwave/Grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a bathroom with large shower and washing machine and a separate WC. Large terrace with garden furniture. TV, Air conditioning, Parking, Swimming pool.

* Reduction of 15% during the year from 15 consecutive days reserved (except from 06/07/24 to 24/08/24)

* Different services available to book at the same time as the rental:
- Rental of household linen (sheets with pillowcases and/or towels); price according to number of weeks, Info from the agency
- Baby cot rental: €30/stay
- Rental of a Pocket WiFi: 1 week = 35€ and 15€/additional week

* Water and electricity consumption is billed from October to May according to current rates.

joli , agréable endroit

propriété conforme à la description dans laquelle l'ont se sent bien, concernant l'appartement le propriétaire devrait revoir la douche , impossible de se doucher agréablement car le pommeau est dirigé vers le mur. Je n'ai eu aucune facture ( reçu) pour le réglement des factures EAU et EDF , je n'ai d'ailleurs pas compris comment les dépenses ont pu êtres calculées, décevant

Très beau logement

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour au sein de ce studio très bien agencé avec goût. La terrasse est un gros plus sur ce logement. La résidence est proche de toutes commodité sur Saint Raphaël. L’accueil de la responsable de l’agence a été très agréable. Si nous avions des recommandations a faire : il s’agirait de la piscine légèrement petite pour l’ensemble de la résidence occupé de manière générale par les résidents. Nous recommandons cet endroit et ce logement pour des vacances en couples
