We had the most incredible stay at this lake house — truly one of those places you don’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated for a perfect getaway. There was no shortage of things to do, but the dock quickly became our favorite spot — whether we were swimming, relaxing, or just taking in the view, it was the kind of setting that makes time slow down in the best way.Every detail of the home made the experience feel seamless and elevated, creating the perfect balance of comfort and fun for our group. The host was exceptional — responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. We can’t recommend this property enough and are already looking forward to coming back.
The house is at a great location on the lake. We were able to pull our boat into the dock. The quiet cove was perfect for paddle boarding and swimming.
What a great trip! Everything was so clean and welcoming. I enjoyed starting the morning sipping coffee on the dock swing and then playing on the paddle boards and kayaks provided with family game time on the back deck in the evening.
Everything was beautiful and clean for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone. There was also good utilization of space.
Wonderful time at this gorgeous lake home!! Wish we could have stayed longer and plan on coming back for sure! Everything you could need or want was provided. Awesome host and would highly recommend this beautiful place!
We loved our stay! Stephanie was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is spacious and is we’ll stocked. Beautiful view of lake from dock, and fire pit was a plus!
We enjoyed this beautiful cozy home with our family for a few days. Felt right at home from the moment we opened the door. Private dock was a hit as well. Can’t wait to get back and relax once again.
This property was exactly what were we looking for in a relaxing lake vacation. Easy to get to town of Hartwell about 9 miles away or Anderson about 25 minutes. This location was central to let us explore the surrounding area . After a day of exploring; it was nice to come back to this house to spend time on the dock or on any of the 3 porches. Some days we never left the house& we perfectly happy just enjoying the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Karen,
I am so glad you guys had a relaxing vacation! It is in a great location. You are welcome back anytime!
Our family gets together once a year for a lake house vacation and this year’s choice was awesome. We range in age from 5 - 72 and we had a great time. We usually stay somewhere different every year but I am seriously considering booking property again,

We had a blast staying here. Very clean and cozy, the owner thought of everything. My children had a blast paddle boarding and kayaking. I enjoyed the dock and the porches. Can't wait to revisit.
We really enjoyed our stay. I do have one concern. The shower tub in the master suite was very slippery for me and I did fall. Fortunately I did not get hurt. Something on the tub to prevent that would be helpful.
Perfect get away, it was fun and relaxing. House was very clean, and kitchen had everything we needed. The kids braved the cold lake and jumped in! they had fun with the kayaks and paddleboards. Stephanie is a great host!
My family and I so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house. The home is roomy and very accommodating, with supplies and amenities that makes your stay safe and enjoyable! We will be returning to enjoy another awesome summer vacation at this excellent landscaping fun lake home!!
Stephanie, thanks for sharing your beautiful home! Family with smiles of fun moments and memories!

My family and I had the most wonderful time at Stephanie's sweet haven. The house was spotless; we had everything we needed for cooking, sleeping, playing, etc. LOVED having the paddle boards and the kayaks. The cove was so incredibly quiet and I just could not believe how lucky we were to find the perfect spot to unwind from the craziness of daily life. First time in years I was not itching to get back to my farm.

As a Realtor®, licensed in GA and SC, with Living Down South Realty, I am happy to help you find your own piece of paradise on Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee, Lake Russell, or any of the nearby areas. Our family has lived in Hartwell for the past 27 years. Our children grew up here, Wade is a local business owner and we are active in the community.
Why they chose this property
Lake Hartwell is one of the largest and most popular lakes in the southeast but amazingly it is not crowded. Fishing, boating, and water sports are what attract people to the area. When we began looking we wanted something that was on deep water, had great views of the lake, and would be welcoming for families to spend time together. This house checked all those boxes! We hope you love it as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
This property has a small beach-like area with walk-in access to the lake. This makes it easy to launch the kayaks or paddleboards as well as a great place for your children to play in the water. It also allows us to have a fire pit down at the lake. Not all lake properties have this much water front, deep water or this kind of view!
