With two comfortable bedrooms featuring 4 queen beds, 2 living areas, full bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Enjoy the abundant wildlife from the Huge private back deck nicely furnished to includes a gas grill. This is perfect for couples, a small group or family. Don’t forget your lake toys!!!!

We agree with the other reviews. A very pleasant stay. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The sheets are the softest I've ever felt. The yard was immaculate and the dogs loved the space to play. Access to their private dock was easy to wheel our heavy fishing kayaks to. Water is low, so the last bit was difficult. Great location & great hosts.

They were wonderful hosts very understanding. The property was wonderful, so peaceful! The beds were amazing, I slept so well. The house kitchen was very well stocked. And the shower was nice, great water pressure. The back deck and wildlife were a major plus, sweet pulling up to a deer eating.

Very nice place to stay. Quite neighborhood with access to the water on their private dock, and close to the Rock Springs boat launch. Just minutes away from the cities of Lavonia and Hartwell so restaurants and shopping were nearby. Everything else needed for cooking was found in the kitchen. Our favorite part was all the deer in the neighborhood. We saw deer right outside the door almost every time we went out.
