This newly decorated air-conditioned apartment is located on the upper floor of a family home in the peaceful residential area of Kožino near Zadar. It includes a large living room with a dining area, master and auxiliary bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a washing machine. A large terrace with a stunning view and neighboring islands is great for relaxing and catching a tan. There is a small beach near the house while larger beaches are located on both ends of the village.
Our guests can use the garden, barbecue, and there is a secure parking space.
Located in a serene neighborhood between Nin and Zadar, this location offers easy access to the historical sights of both areas. While there is a bus line which connects Zadar and Kožino, getting around will be easier for guests arriving by car. The bus stop is 15 minutes by foot from the house.
Zadar’s rich historical offerings are mixed with the vibrancy of a modern town. There, you’ll have access to anything from small Mom and Pop shops to major malls. Zadar is also a port hub, perfect for island hopping to many of the gorgeous islands in the area. Nin is famous for its long sandy beaches, historical sites, and a good culinary scene.
People interested in visiting nature sites might be interested in the nearby national parks: Paklenica, Kornati Archipelago, and the famous Plitvice Lakes. Each of these parks is renowned for their uniqueness and beauty.
