Welcoming Host and Comfortable Protery

Super friendly host who made it so easy to access the property. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. Beautiful patio and close to quaint and beautiful neighborhood. Ease of access to Nation. Would highly recommend.

Beatiful terrace/nice neighbourhood

Francois and Claire are really lovely. Nothing was missing in the appartment (towels/hairdryer/shampoo/coffee etc.) and the terrace is a little dream. Also the neighbourhood is clean and everybody was nice. We had a great stay and we can recommend the appartement.

A perfect hideaway for Parisian adventures

We had the perfect experience. Claire and François greeted us like family and were constantly available if we needed anything. The cottage is ideal - clean and modern with a stunning private courtyard. Or family (two adults and two small kids) was very comfortable. Access to Paris is very easy with multiple metro lines within a 10 minute walk, and the Vincennes town center is charming all by itself. When we return we hope to stay here again. C’est parfait!

Tolle Woche in Paris

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (12) eine Woche in Paris. Die Wahl dieser Ferienwohnung haben wir nicht bereut. Francois und Claire haben wir zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber ihr Sohn hat uns super freundlich empfangen. Viele Fragen gab es dabei nicht mehr zu klären, da Francois und Claire uns schon im Vorwege per e-Mail mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt hatten (top!). Die Wohnung hat uns gefallen und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Stationen für Metro und RER sind in der Nähe, daher waren wir immer schnell im Pariser Zentrum oder im Disneyland. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem Appartment verbracht. Frau und Herr Desnus sind sehr nett und haben uns geholfen, nachdem meine Frau auf der Treppe in dem Metro geruscht und die Knöchel verletzt hat. Wir bedanken uns noch mal herzlich. Familie FAN

Super Ausstattung und sehr nette Gastgeber

Francois und Claire haben uns herzlich Empfangen und trotz der Sprachbarriere alles in der Wohnung und Umgebung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es mehreren (Lebensmittel-)Geschäften, wo man alles besorgen kann. Vor allem haben wir die täglichen frischen Croissants zum Frühstück genossen. Man hat mehreren öffentlichen Transportmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Regional Bahn, Metro, Bus und auch das Velib Fahrradausleih), sodass man ganz aufs Auto verzichten kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr tolle Ferienwohnung, ruhig mit toller Ausstattung und Komfort

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Toll ausgestattet mit allem Drum und Dran was eine Familie mit 1 Kind und 1 Teenager nur wünschen kann. Ein großer Innenhof mit einer Hängematte begrüßt einen direkt, wenn man den Eingang betritt. Neben einem großzügig überdachten Bereich, wo man sehr gemütlich draußen Essen kann, kommt man dann in eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung. Die Räume sind sehr schön hoch, und man hat das Gefühl es ist viel größer als man auf den Bildern erahnen kann. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir wurden mit ein paar gekühlten regionalen Getränken begrüßt. Das Sofa lässt sich im Handumdrehen in ein Bett verwandeln und wieder zurück. Das Badezimmer ist groß und geräumig. Handtücher sind in ausreichend großen Mengen vorhanden. Vom Handtuch fürs Baden über Geschirrtücher ist alles da. In einem weiteren Raum ist dann ein zusätzliches Bett für die Eltern sowie ein großzügiger Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Unsere Gasteltern sind sehr sehr nett und helfen bei allen Belangen. Unseren Kindern hat es sehr gefallen, zumal sogar ein Netflix-Account vorhanden war. So konnten wir abends nach einem tollen Tag in Paris, den Abend ausklingen lassen. In direkter Nähe sind mehrere Bäcker, Metzger, Gemüseläden und Supermärkte. In 5 bis 10 Minuten laufweite. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Leute sehr freundliche und auch mit nur wenig französisch konnten wir uns sehr gut verständigen. Wir haben alles zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gemacht und waren sehr begeistert, alles geht flott und ohne Probleme. Dazu haben wir uns gleich den Navigo Découverte Pass gekauft am Bahnhof von Gare de I’Est. Zuvor haben wir noch Fotos mitgenommen, diese sollten die Größe von 2,5 b x 3,5 h cm haben. Paris war einfach toll!

Les hôtes ont été prévenants en proposant leur place de parking à l'arrivée pour décharger les affaires et ont pris la peine d'accompagner mes filles pour leur montrer le chemin pour aller à pied au lieu du concours, au Parc floral de Vincennes. L'appartement est très bien et nous sommes très contentes du séjour !
