This spacious upstairs 1350' villa is nestled in Port Royal and features 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths with a screened-in porch that overlooks a tranquil pool/ golf course view and is the closest to the newly remodeled world class Westin Oceanfront Resort. Comfortably sleeps 6.

Our guests can enjoy one tee time per day for up to 4 players (cart fees only/per person) on Port Royal G.C. (36 holes) Shipyard G.C. (27 holes) and Oyster Reef G.C. (18 holes cart fees plus $20) and one hour reserved court time of tennis per day at Port Royal Racquet Club. Enjoy walking or biking on miles and miles of paved paths throughout Port Royal. All amenities of the award winning oceanfront Westin Resort including two outdoor pools, one heated indoor pool, towel service, spa, fitness center, gift shop, restaurants and bike rentals. Free shuttle service is a call away with in-villa phone and will deliver you, your chairs, your cooler and all your goodies to the beach, golf club or straight to Westin.

Completely keyless push button lock makes entry effortless. This villa is completely furnished with a master king bed and a spacious walk in glass shower in the bathroom . Guest room has two twin beds and adjacent tub shower combo with two doors for access. Sofa in main room pulls out to queen size. All linens and towels are included. Fully equipped kitchen including utensils, dinnerware, glassware, pots/pans, icemaker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, full size oven and has recently updated granite countertops and cabinets. Main room has a granite countertop wet bar which is the perfect area to make your favorite cocktail. Villa includes 3 flat screen LCD TV's with DVD players (one in each room) and the main living room boasts a 55 in. screen. Washer/dryer is just off kitchen area with detergent to get you started. Villa has free WIFI access and use of outdoor grill/picnic tables just to the right of the pool.

The Westin villas are a perfect vacation spot, and we absolutely loved our stay in Carla's villa! The Westin resort amenities and beach are our family’s favorite! We always wish we could stay longer!

Best kept HH secret!

We’ve stayed in Ocean Palms the past few years. This unit is closest to the beach and we were thrilled to find that the bathrooms had been renovated! It is also right by the pool. Love the space and the amenities the Westin offered. Can’t wait to come again- we’ve booked for August!

Loved it! Great location.

Loved the property, hot tub on site is actually 104 so nice. Westin staff treated us the same as when we stayed ocean side. Food trucks are a nice feature. Would bring my own pillow, fly directly to Hilton Head and Uber it next time. We really only moved the car for dinner- to all the waterfront seafood we could find! Great stay highly recommend!

We had a great time, Carla was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. This property is very well maintained and because it's managed by the Westin you know your getting quality. One of the reasons we chose this property was that golf was included, it was easy to make reservations and we were even able to play on arrival day. Can't wait to go back.

The Perfect Place

This unit is perfect. The back screened-in porch is where I loved to have coffee in the morning, and enjoy time with my grandchildren. There is also a part that’s not screened in. We had four adults and two children and the space accommodated us beautifully. This is a very comfortable place that I highly recommend. We all can’t wait to go back!

Awesome vacation in Hilton Head!

Great week!

We had a really nice week in Port Royal at this property. If you love playing golf and tennis, this is a really great option - you can play 4 or 5 courses and just need to pay the cart fees (about $30-40/pp) which is a great deal. We played pretty much every day and had no issues with tee times. Otherwise an easy walk to the beach and to the Westin property where you can hang out at the pool if you want. We'll be back!

Great place to stay

Enjoyed our time! Making meals in the kitchen was convenient, we enjoyed access to the Westin, and walking to the beach was not too bad. Carla responded promptly to our messages and followed up with us. We would definitely stay again! The tennis courts have not been maintained, but that was not our primary reason for staying. Check-in was delayed until 6:30 PM because cleaning had not happened yet. Those were our only issues and were managed as well as can be expected.

Greg, thank you for the honest comments. I am so glad you enjoyed your time! That is my ultimate goal for my guests and I appreciate advice for me so I can hope to improve the process. Next time check out the tennis courts that are by the club house. They are brand new and many pro’s play there. The other courts are being destroyed I just don’t have a date. My hope is that there is enough cleaning staff for the complex to get everyone in and out on time. with the villa’s sanitized. I know how frustrating that can be and I am sorry. I appreciate your patience. Hopefully in the future that will be resolved! I wouldn’t love to have you back anytime!

Comfortable and conveniently located.

My wife and I had a great 2 week stay here at the end of March. We had plenty of room and thought the furniture was very comfortable. Some friends came to visit for a few days and were comfortable in the 2nd bedroom, and we never felt crowded with 4 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware, and the new shower in the main bedroom was excellent. The condo is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, and only a little more than that to the poolside grill at the Westin. Carla, the owner, is very friendly and responded immediately anytime I had a question. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Great townhouse but included golf just fair

The property was excellent. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice fully stocked kitchen, excellent laundry facilities, safe and quiet. Unfortunately, the included “free” golf was just fair, quite costly for cart fees (US$42 to $62 per person depending on the course). Courses were average at best. Could not book a tee time until 24 hours in advance (we were told 2 to 4 days) which made it difficult to plan and get good times. One time we could not even get on as the course was entirely booked for the day. Host was responsive and courteous.

Nice unit for a small family.

We stayed in Ocean Palms for Thanksgiving. We were actually considering purchasing a timeshare unit in Ocean Palms but wanted to try out first. The unit was the perfect size for our family of 3 and my tween daughter had her own space which is extremely important to her, as I’m sure you can imagine. The unit was well stocked with kitchen essentials and starters of toilet paper and paper towels. The location of this particular unit was nice bc it was right by the pool/hot tub and it wasn’t a terribly long walk to the Westin. The biggest down fall that we found was that the furniture, carpet, window coverings and bedding were dated and seemingly more fit of a retirement community. If the Ocean Palms property management would update those items it would make these practically perfect.

Can’t wait to come back

We love visiting Hilton Head. This was our first time ever renting through VRBO and our experience was great. Very easy check-in at the Westin main lobby. They gave us our wristbands for the week to use all their facilities and our room key pin. Villa was nice and clean. We were missing linens for the pullout sofa but Carla was able to get those to us quickly. Linens didn’t include a blanket for sofa bed so bring if you plan on having anyone use it. Rooms and bathrooms were nice. Husband and kids golfed. Cart fees are high but we were aware of that before we left. Beach is so much closer than we thought it would be. We easily walked to the main hotel and beach. We used the shuttle once, only because the kids wanted to check it out. Very nice to have that option available if you need it. Staff is friendly. We definitely will be back and hope to rent this villa again.

Prior to arrival we were told check in was 4PM. Upon arrival we were told at Westin that check in could be anywhere from 4-7PM. That timeline would have not been convenient. Fortunately we were able to get in a little after 4. The back porch and patio were not cleaned. Tree debris all over therefore not conducive to sitting out. We were unable to book tennis court time due to tournament for almost the first week. (One of the main reasons we book at the Ocean Palms for tennis accessabiltity) Refund should be provided. We requested a later checkout to maximize our stay but were denied. Overall accommodations were satisfactory.

Very nice stay

The condo was very nice, clean with a great location. Beds were very comfortable. Very quick walk to the Westin where we could use the pools, bars, and beach. There was also a pool and hot tub just behind the unit. Made extensive use of the golf privilege. Only downside was the kitchen stock. Only service for 8 in dishes and silverware which meant we washed or ran the dishwasher a lot. Also only 1 serving bowl and minimal cooking utensils. And we went and bought coffee mugs because the coffee cups were so small. But besides this we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Ocean Palms in HHI is our fave!

This condo and the Westin amenities make for the most luxurious-resort vacation feel! We’ve been enjoying this vacation spot for four years and it still feels like a best-kept secret. The Westin is hard to beat, and we refer friends year after year!

Family vacation

Loved the condo & property! Great having the connection to the Westin too! Only thing we noticed is that there never seemed to be anyone in the villa office or that ever answers their phone? Fortunately the people at the Westin front desk could help us. All in all wonderful family vacation place & hope to return.

This property was better than advertised. The amenities at the Westin made this a first class rental. By far the best rental we have experienced at Hilton Head. The property owner gave great information before we arrived. We will definitely look to stay here again.

My family has lived on the island for the last 25 years and I have stayed in many places while visiting. Ocean Palms is by far the most gorgeous place to stay. I absolutely love it here. The golf and tennis are superb and the relaxing atmosphere is amazing. The Westin Resort has so many awesome perks and all within steps to the beach. I am just so happy to have this little slice of heaven. If I can answer any questions, recommend a great restaurant out of the 200 plus on the island or if you just need to know where all the hot spots are please let me know. I am thankful to have you as my guest.
