Wonderful location. Beach was about an 8min walk. We loved being on the first floor. Plenty of space to have extended family over. There is construction right out the back porch, which made sitting out there not possible due to noise & dirt. Host were great and responsive. We would stay there again.

We are always happy when guests like the location as much as we do. The construction has been going on for quite a while which is unfortunate. We keep hoping once they are done it will be a more pleasant outdoor situation. These are certainly welcome guests.
