Lovely condo

We loved staying for a month in this private, cozy and very comfortable condo! It’s well equipped with high end appliances. Kathrin is a wonderful hostess, very accommodating and generous! Communication with her was absolutely perfect! As was everything else! Would certainly love to come back! Thank you, Kathrin.

Great spot for our family

This condo is a sweet place in Incline Village, perfect for our family. Everything you need is here, and the unit was very clean. The pool is just a few steps away, and a it’s a short drive to the beach, restaurants, the Hyatt, etc. There is a lovely walking trail out back which leads to the Raley’s shopping center. The owner provided excellent communication including how to pick up our beach passes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Already Planning Our Next Stay!

Incline Village / Lake Tahoe never disappoints. And now we have found our “home away from home”! Townhome is located in a well-maintained development that is close to everything IV has to offer. Pool, hot tub and tennis courts are steps away from the townhome. Living space is comfortable and recently renovated. Kitchen is well equipped and foodies will appreciate the high end appliances. Easy, responsive communication with owners. Thank you!

Lovely place , quiet , peaceful and picturesque views.

We owned in third creek for 14 year’s and it was special for us to spend time again there . The home welcomed us with a pleasing time spent there .

Beautiful unit, perfect place to stay

We stayed for three weeks in this wonderful unit with a beautiful, completely renovated, high-end kitchen. The townhouse was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was the perfect home base to enjoy the lake and mountains. Convenient location, wonderful neighborhood, great pool and hot tub. Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Best place we stayed in through VRBO!

We loved our stay in this beautiful townhome. The house is spacious, the first floor fully updated, it is in a great location and the community amenities (pool, hottub, tennis court) are amazing. We hope to come back soon!

Great Vacation

Location to Mt Rose, Diamond Peak and Northstar skiing was great. Also close to Lake Tahoe, the store and sledding. It was a great way to spend our winter break. The house was well equipped, clean and very nice. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The townhome is in a great location close to the lake, downtown incline village, and several great hikes. The house had everything you could possibly need to cook, grill, and make all of your meals. It was extremely clean and we would stay again in the future.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and relaxing area and place. The house is great and it has everything you could possibly need. This helped us enjoyed our time there since there was nothing we were missing to make our stay comfortable. It is very clean and it has a gorgeous view of some redwoods in the back of the house. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Wonderful again

This is our second time staying here and again it didn't disappoint. Very clean, all kitchen necessities are here, 5 minutes to Diamond Peak and minutes to dining. Great property!

Sweet townhouse close to everything

We had a great stay at this Incline Village townhouse. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was only 6 minutes from Diamond Peak ski mountain. The owner was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
