Go Eagles Go! Yes, we are from PA but that's not what I'm cheering about. We have an eagles nest a stones throw from our back deck. Right now we have two baby eaglets which is quiet exciting. Situated in West Beach, we are four minutes by bike to Night Heron Park, which has several beach access points and six minutes to Freshfields Village. Located on a quiet street in the luxurious, gated Kiawah Island resort, this lovely home ensures convenience and comfort. Kiawah Island is a place where you will certainly reconnect with nature and your loved ones especially when you stay at this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental home. We can accommodate 6 guests and we only have room for two cars in our driveway!
During your stay, you can look forward to lazy days by the seashore, just a half mile from the home, pristine and challenging golf courses, paved bike trails with gorgeous views, and an immersion into an incredible display of exotic birds and animals, including loggerhead sea turtles and even alligators!!
THE PROPERTY Lush, mature plantings, trees with dangling sphagnum moss, and a pond surround this lovely home, tucked back on a tropical property that is sure to make you feel one with nature during your stay. Two private, large, rear decks will be the perfect spot to spend time in the outdoors, as you sip your morning coffee or evening beverage while sitting amidst the vibrant greenery. Animal and exotic bird sightings are a common occurrence in this natural setting. Here, you can also fire up the gas grill for a cookout with your group! When you step inside this bright and cheerful newly renovated, four level unit, you’ll still be able to see the serene forest views from the numerous windows in each room. Inside, wood and tile flooring meet your feet, while homey décor and comfortable furniture invites you throughout the house.
When it’s time for dinner, whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which has been fully updated with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Casual additional seating is available in a small breakfast nook or on stools at the kitchen island.
THE LOCATION Whenever you’re not relaxing at the house, you’ll be in the perfect spot to explore the area! The Kiawah Island resort features tennis courts and golf courses which you can pay to use! So golfers, be sure to bring your clubs, and tennis players, bring your rackets! While you’re here, you can also look forward to many lazy beach days, as the Kiawah beachfront is just a half mile from the home at Night Heron Park! If you’re up for a day trip, the home is under an hour from colorful Charleston, where you can dine out at numerous restaurants, walk through the charming town, and experience the lively nightlife! This is our second year staying in this home. It is very well appointed and comfortable for our family of 3 couples and 1 dog. Kitchen has virtually everything you need while on vacation and beach “extras” are in abundance-from chairs and towels, to coolers. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We have been coming to Kiawah for the last 13 years and this has been our favorite home base! It is spacious, clean, resides in a great location (short walk or bike ride to Night Heron Park), has everything you could possibly need and more (beach chairs, grill, kitchen items), and the beds are super comfortable. The lagoon views from both porches were fantastic! The owner took great care to make sure we had all the information we needed to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

Our family had a great time at Kiawah. The house was well equipped and spacious, plenty of beach equipment and toys provided. Convenient proximity to the beach. Awesome dog friendly spot! Definitely recommend!

The house was located in a nice quiet area, suitable for walking our dogs. The owner was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the house was extremely well-equipped. Unfortunately the furniture was old and the house is due for a significant renovation, with a number of rotted boards and evidence of water leaks.

Our furniture it is a bit outdated, but it's in good shape and we think suitable for pet friendly guests! As you noted, our home is on the older side and we are actively working through repairs and updates. We strive to provide e a comfortable stay at a fair price and appreciate constructive feedback.

My family and I spent a week at this home and had a great experience. The home is very nice and well kept up. The owner provide beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and a wagon for hauling all the beach gear. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc. and everything is labeled making it easier to find things. Plus, the beach is a very short drive or a 15 minute walk away.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway to Kiawah. The multiple levels allowed for plenty of space for my spouse and I, our little, and mother in law. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, chairs and beach cart were a definite plus. S the beach
This is our fourth year staying in this property, and it never disappoints. Karen is an excellent property manager, and the home is wonderfully furnished. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

The house was absolutely perfect for a girls getaway. It was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. We also had a great welcoming committee…small alligator relaxing at the waters edge just behind the house. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
This is a beautiful, clean home which is furnished with all you will need. Karen is a fabulous property manager who is extremely helpful and responsive. We have stayed here multiple times.

We had a great family weekend. The house is in a nice location. We soent the day at the beach and evenings on the deck barbecuing. The owner was responsive and very kind.
We go to kiawah every summer, but weren’t going to go this year due to another trip. We looked last minute for a Memorial Day weekend spot and this one is great! Split levels give great separation from kids/adults and the garage space made storage for beach trips easy. Will look to stay here again if available.

We are a family from Pennsylvania who manages many rentals, and runs a construction business. We started visiting Kiawah when our 3 sons were young, and it provided an amazing location to enjoy creation in a pristine, protected, natural setting. Through the years, Kiawah kept calling us back, and we decided to build a house.
We enjoy taking walks and riding bikes on the miles of paved trails surrounded by live oaks and dense maritime forest. It is so invigorating to go out to the beach, feel the wind on your face and watch the beautiful ocean waves. We love the way the house fits into the landscape of the Island; it is tranquil and isolated yet a close proximity to a variety of activities. Kiawah Island promotes the conservation of natural and scenic resources and this makes all the difference. Deer, bobcats, alligators and many other animals roam the island. Dolphins, pelicans and a wide array of birds surprise and delight at every turn. Kiawah is a place that captures your heart; once there, you never want to leave. We know you will feel the same way.

This property is seated in a beautiful neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac just a short bike ride or drive away from amazing Kiawah beaches and golf courses. Beach parking is convenient at Night Heron Park and along with Freshfields Village is a 7 minute car ride or a 17 minute bike ride.
