DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY ': For a quiet holiday in the heart of Salento, TORRESUDA, beautiful seaside resort 10 km from Gallipoli, We welcome you in a house surrounded by greenery and a few meters from the sea characterized by low cliffs and clean.
Consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 living room / bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with tub / shower, terrace with outdoor shower, you can host up to 4 people.
Surrounded by a large garden of Mediterranean environment with fig trees, prickly pears, Aleppo pines, olive trees, is protected by a drywall where cars can be parked and stored.
At 150 mt. from the sea, about 3 Km. from Lido Pizzo, 5 Km. from Tip of Swine and close to other beautiful beaches that have nothing to envy to tropical beaches.

SUMMARY OF RESEARCH RESULTS: Villa a few meters from the sea, surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy a holiday in absolute tranquility intoxicated by the scents, colors, Mediterranean climate and the music produced by the lapping of the sea. You are placed in the center of the Salento peninsula, near Gallipoli, pearl of Salento, and equidistant from Lecce, Otranto and SM di Leuca.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay in Guiseppes house very much. When we arrived Guiseppe was waiting and gave us a really great introduction to this nice place, which is right next door to his own house and lovely garden. He took us by car to show us the supermarket and gave good advice and a little cake from the baker was brought to is next morning. It is a nice and quite place with a wonderful terrace and the mose amazing crystal clear sea water just by the end of the road. We also enjoyed swimming in Guiseppes pool. The Salanto area is very pretty and peaceful and we hope to be back to this place another time.

Perfect holiday house by the sea

Our family of four had the perfect, relaxing holiday staying in this lovely house a few minutes walk from the sea in the beautiful Salento area of southern Puglia. The owners, Giuseppe and Valentina, live next door and were wonderful hosts. They were always extremely friendly and helpful and have a wealth of local information, advising on the best beaches to go to, where to eat out and other places to visit. The house is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and has plenty of outdoor space, having a large patio where we were able to eat all our meals and a surrounding garden full of beautiful plants and fruit trees. The location is peaceful but not far from local amenities. The nearest beach is at the end of the road and the water was warm and crystal clear. There were many other wonderful beaches just a short drive away. We will have many happy memories of our holiday here and a week was not long enough to visit this part of Puglia. We would love to come back in the future!

Un angolo di paradiso

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e rilassante, grazie alla cortese accoglienza di Giuseppe e Valentina, i quali Sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno dato molti consigli utili. Inoltre la villetta è situata in “un angolo di paradiso “ in mezzo al verde; è vicinissima ad un mare splendido. La posizione è strategica anche per visitare le località più belle del Salento e se non si vuole prendere l’auto c’e Tutto anche a portata di mano. Che dire... non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Giuseppe et Valentina. La maison correspond bien à la description. Les propriétaires qui habitent à côté sont très accueillants. On peut se baigner et observer les poissons au bout de la rue. La région est très belle. À refaire!

Vacanza piacevolissima

Siamo arrivati il 13 agosto con la mia famiglia composta da quattro persone, quattro cani ed un gatto. L' accoglienza è stata super,i proprietari Giuseppe e Valentina due persone molto cortesi,ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio.La casa molto pulita,spaziosa e con tutti i cofort;tutto ciò che avevamo letto sulla descrizione è stato tutto reale. La casa è circondata da un grande giardino con alberi di fichi e prugne che ci hanno messo a disposizione.Un 'altra cosa positiva è stato il barbecue situato nel giardino dove abbiamo potuto gustare grigliate di pesce e di carne.I nostri cuccioloni si sono sentiti liberi più che a casa nostra.La posizione della casa è ideale:situata nel verde ,vicinissima al mare ,non lontana dalle belle città del salento.È stata un 'esperienza bellissima,sicuramente da ripetere. Un grazie di cuore a Giuseppe e Valentina da Clorinda Antonino Gaetano Anna e i nostri cinque cuccioloni

SPLENDIDA VACANZA

E' stata la nostra prima vacanza in Salento. Ci ha colpito subito la posizione strategica della villetta: vicina al mare,vicina al centro del paese e nello stesso tempo molto tranquilla.L'appartamento e' dotato di tutti i confort,dal condizionatore alla doccia esterna ,dal giardino fornito di barbecue, al parcheggio interno.I proprietari,il signor Giuseppe e la signora Valentina,sono persone molto cordiali ed affabili,sempre disponibili a dare consigli su dove andare e cosa vedere della loro affascinante terra. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA CONSIGLIARE

Per la prima volta abbiamo trascorso le vacanze nel Salento. A dir poco meravigliose! I proprietari, fin dai primi contatti, sono stati molto cordiali ed anche durante il soggiorno, hanno dimostrato disponibilità, sempre presenti e attenti nel consigliarci le spiagge e i luoghi da non perdere. Appartamento molto ampio, pulito, ben attrezzato, fornito di biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina, tutto come indicato nella descrizione, vicinissimo al mare e in zona tranquilla, con parcheggio privato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la terrazza e la doccia esterna. Zona ideale per conoscere il Salento. Ringraziamo i proprietari Sig. Giuseppe e Sig.ra Valentina per aver reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile! Marco, Graziella e Giulia
