This spacious two-bedroom villa sleeps 5 comfortably and is located on a beautiful private barrier island in the heart of the South Carolina's low country. This villa offers a rare view across acres of pristine marshland all the way to the breaking waves of the ocean. Wake up to the view of egrets and herons roosting in trees below your private deck, and watch dolphins in Captain Sam's Creek from the amazing year-round Sunroom.

This lovely multi-level villa with covered private parking is so thoughtfully appointed you may never want to leave it. The stunning view at the top of the stairs highlights the Sunroom which is the best feature of this entire home! A comfortable couch with two swivel chairs make for settling in for super relaxation, napping, enjoying an evening glass of wine - you will never leave this room! The light-filled, open kitchen is fully equipped, ready to cook. The dining room table comfortably seats 6, and the living area has a 65" 4K Smart TV featuring streaming services such as HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, HULU, Paramount+, Peacock, YouTubeTV, Spotify, and iHeartRadio. The bright picture makes for great TV viewing, watching sports, and gaming in the bring living room. A strong wi-fi signal throughout will make you feel right at home. Downstairs, the Master Bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed plus a Twin for additional sleeping accommodations. The Master Bedroom opens to a partially covered deck that seats 6, with a table and chairs ready for breakfast coffee and afternoon snacks, along with 2 lounge chairs ready for reading or napping. A washer and dryer make doing laundry easy as you transition from the beach to home, and all linens are included. The Creekwatch neighborhood has a community pool with a lounging deck, situated to enjoy the marsh views, the crabbing dock and the kayak launching point - all located just steps from the front door.

A few minutes away you will find 3 ½ miles of uncrowded sparkling white beach that the Travel Channel designated one of the top ten beaches in America. Seabrook is a natural wildlife preserve, where you can observe many species in their natural habitat including dolphins, loggerhead turtles, deer, and many species of marsh water fowl, from the neighborhood, beaches, and from this private villa!

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.

Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

My old home is just across the creek from this villa so the location was perfect for me. The marsh view and peek of the ocean was lovely and ever changing. I liked this villa more and more each day and hope to stay again in the near future.

We loved Seabrook Island. The beaches were easy to access and not crowded. We saw frequent wildlife from the wandering deer, sea birds, raccoons and dolphins. The view from this home is amazing, and the condo is well stocked for a comfortable stay including beach chairs and kitchen gear.

Creek Watch Tranquility

Our weekend stay at 1211 Creek Watch was perfect in every way: the property was clean, comfortable, and quiet! We immensely enjoyed the sunroom, early morning and early to late evening, and Creek Watch is the ideal location for any Seabrook Island activities - walking, beach combing, idyllic relaxation, and not too far from Freshfields shopping, the Field House, or the Salty Dog Cafe! We highly recommend this property at Creek Watch, and expect that we will return soon.

What an extraordinary and beautiful, low country site. Our villa could not have been better. The views from the glassed in porch were spectacular! The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. It was very close to Fresh Fields and Bohicket Marina stores for all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Charleston was convenient to drive to; about a 40 minutes away. We will definitely be back!

This was the worst VRBO experience we have had. Lovely location/island but the property looks like it was built in the 1970s, used hard, and barely cleaned beyond wiping down surfaces. We certainly won't be back.

Villa bathroom has sewer odor. Master shower measures 2 feet by 2 feet with mold/mildew. Villa is cluttered with a vacuum cleaner plugged into the corner of the master bedroom. Property Manager did not respond. Also, additional fees which are not charged by other villas at same location.

Cool spot on a lovely island

We would recommend this condo to others. Seabrook Island is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our time there a great deal. In terms of this property, it was exactly as described in the listing. The furniture, from beds to couches, was comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with good appliances, dishes, flatware, cooking/baking items, etc. Overlooking the marsh from the living area was wonderful! It is a neat spot. The pool that is part of the group of condos is very close by/super-convenient. It was never overpopulated when we were there. I will share a warning that there are a lot of stairs involved in the rental---walking up to the condo and then within the condo to go from the bedrooms (downstairs) to the living room/kitchen (upstairs). It did not affect our group but if you have people with mobility issues in your group I would consider this a less desirable property for you. The Coastal Getaways people were very easy to work with. They were responsive and helpful. They provided detailed information in a timely manner. (You do not have contact with the owner, all communication is through Coastal Getaways.) The stay on Seabrook Island comes with a fair amount of rules. We were totally good with this because it makes your time there very pleasant. For instance, the pools close at 8:00 pm and you are asked to keep quiet hours starting at 10:00 pm. It made our experience enjoyable but if you are looking for a party scene or to be able to do what you want, when you want, this is not it! Another point to note (again, did not impede us but I do want to mention it) is that the beach is a drive. It is too far to walk with your stuff. Again, we absolutely recommend this rental. It was a clean, comfortable stay in a lovely location. Seabrook Island was magical! Such a cool spot to spend the week.

Lovely Spring getaway

We had a great stay on Seabrook Island. The townhouse has an incredible view of Captain Sam's creek, marsh and the ocean beyond. We really enjoyed the access to the marsh for bird watching. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Very lovely and clean. Beautiful marsh view. Main floor has a lovely glass porch seating area and downstairs a nice size deck. Only issue was an odor in the refrigerator. It was very strong. Maintenance did bring soda and wiped out the refrigerator as soon as we called.

The View!! The Island!! Perfect!!!!

This property will not disappoint. The views out across the river where spectacular. I could sit in the sunroom for hours just watching the storms that rolled across, the birds, the alligators. It was beautiful. This condo is exactly as pictured and will exceed your expectations. Some of the best scenery of our entire trip was right in Seabrook. I would absolutely love to return!!
