Duplex apartment on the 1st floor of a small building in the heart of the village of Monetier les Bains, close to shops and ski lifts.
Equipped and furnished to comfortably accommodate 8 people, it has a balcony terrace with a beautiful open view of the mountain and a ski locker on the landing. A parking lot is located right in front of the building.
It consists of an entrance with storage, a kitchen open to the dining area and the living area, two double bedrooms, one with shower room, a dormitory bedroom with 4 single beds, a bathroom and separate wc.

Gezellig appartement op wandelafstand van de pistes

We verbleven met gezinnen in het appartement . Het is niet zo groot maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor 8 personen. Ongeveer 600 meter wandelen naar de lift.

Très bel appartement, très agréable à vivre. Nous étions huit et chacun a pu trouver sa place. La pièce à vivre est bien agencée, très agréable. Très proches des commodités (alimentation, location de matériel, restaurants, cinéma, bains). Les trajets jusqu’aux remontées mécaniques peuvent se faire à pied ou bien en navette (l’arrêt se trouve à quelques mètres de l’appart). Nous recommandons vraiment cette location. Ps: sèche cheveux a changer !

Idéalement placé, spacieux et bien équipé

Nous avons passé la semaine du nouvel an dans cet appartement. Le propriétaire a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions d'organisation avant notre séjour. La procédure d'accueil est bien huilée malgré une arrivée un peu tardive à cause des bouchons. L'appartement est idéalement situé au calme avec tous les commerces à moins de 100m. Les bains sont à 4 minutes à pied et les pistes à 7 minutes. On ne touche pas à la voiture de la semaine. L'appartement est spacieux, propre, très fonctionnel. Avec 4 chambres, on a pu caser nos 4 enfants confortablement. Les vues depuis la terrasse et les différents velux sont splendides. Bref, un superbe endroit pour passer une excellente semaine.

Très propre et très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le village de Monetier, à 2 pas des commerces et restaurants. Point d'amélioration : confort de l'espace salon.

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable (il faut dire qu'il a fait très beau toute la semaine!!!). L'appartement est confortable et bien situé. L'accueil par la personne en charge de la location était parfait (femme charmante, souriante, efficace et à l'écoute). Tout petit bémol : le four combiné qui ne remplace pas un "vrai" four et quelques éléments de cuisine (casseroles notamment) bien "usées".... Mais ce sont des points de détail.
