Beautifully renovated condo duplex features 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, light open floor plan, private entrance with parking at the door.. Just minutes from shopping, expressway, wineries, Bourbon Trail, horse farms and much more!! This lovely Condo is fully furnished including linens, towels, dishes and more! Work or travel, we welcome you to your home away from home! Located Close to shopping, farms, local interests and I64.. 25 minutes to Louisville, 45 minutes to Lexington.

Although we are pet lovers ourselves, out of respect for future guests we are unable to accommodate any pets.

We had a wonderful time. The Shelby County Museum of History was a favorite, and I had great fun playing golf. The condo was a great place to relax, cook and share time as a family.

Bourbon Trail Base Camp

This property is ideally located to visit sites on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. A great place to rest your head between days, and to unwind after a day of traveling around the 'trail'.

Shelbyville trip

The property location was ideal for our trip. Located near highway access for ease of traveling / touring the area. We originally had a hotel booked for the week. So glad we changed our minds and found this place. Nice master bedroom and bath, cozy living room and kitchen area with laundry area. Perfect for week long stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo with Kentucky flair

The property was a great spot to land and relax. The property is in a suburb of Louisville, however there is still many things to and explore near by. It is also within quick access to highway to get to Louisville.

Great, quaint location for KY Derby

We stayed here with my wife and I and my cousin and her husband. Place was very clean and location was great. Shelbyville is a great town and it was only 30 minute drive (easy ride) to Churchill downs. We would recommend staying here for sure!

Whiskey Distillery Visit

Accomodations were perfect for our road trip to all the distilleries. We visited 10 Distilleries from our location at Christopher Crossing without any problems at all. Katies place was excellent and she was very easy to communicate with 😁

Loved this place! Everything was spotless, all the kitchen supplies we needed. Katie was a gracious host, always quick to respond and gave us great tips on where to eat and places to go. Great house in central KY

This is a great property for enjoying Kentucky. We were equidistant from Louisville and Lexington and got to enjoy both cities. Katie was super responsive and helpful when we needed it.

Bourbon Tour!!!

Wonderful place to stay close to everything on the bourbon tour! We rented two of Katie’s properties, right close to each other…. She is a wealth of knowledge and a great person! Our family has a fantastic time! Hoping to return sometime in the near future!!

Bourbon Trail Weekend

This was absolutely perfect for our weekend in KY. Condo was clean and exactly as described. The King bedroom even had king sized pillows. That may seem like a small item, but that is a really good thing. It was perfectly located for all the things we were planning on for the weekend. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommended.

This was a great clean place to stay. The price was awesome for how good the place was. We stayed there for 2 nights while doing the bourbon trail, and it was in a perfect place. Although we did have a designated driver, which made it feasible. Make sure you type in the address in Apple maps. Google maps took me to the wrong property ☹️ Overall 9/10

Basketball Tournament Week

Great property! We were in town for 6 days of basketball in Louisville and to visit friends in Lexington. The property has easy access to the highways. There is grocery store close by and has plenty of places to eat within a short drive. There are a few distilleries close by too. We even drove to Indiana one night to meet friends at a brewery. The host was great! Very quick to respond! I would stay here again.

Bourbon Trail Base Camp

We stayed here, as it was mid way between the many different distilleries we visited in our three day stay. The facility was clean, a perfect size for my wife and I, and my sister and brother-in-law. It had all the necessities for out stay, and was so very comfortable. The communication with Katie was the best communication between host and our party I have ever had with any vrbo host. She seemed so intent to make sure all was right with the condo, and that we were comfortable. I would stay here again in an instant. And we just might, next summer.
