This is the North side of my remodeled duplex. This apartment is fully furnished and is located on a quiet dead end street. It is conveniently located 1 block off of US Hwy 27, just one mile south of the Sebring city limits, and easy to find.
This side is a 2/1 with a Queen bed in the master, and 2 Twins in the second bedroom. The bathroom was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. New flooring, A/C, doors, fridge, stove, TV, and more. It has Comcast Business internet for running multiple streaming TV, laptops, and whatever else you may bring. It is fully furnished, ready to be enjoyed as a relaxing vacation home.
Sebring is located in Highlands County. Here in the center of the Sunshine State, you will find 80 clear lakes for fishing, boating, skiing, and sailing, and more than a dozen Golf courses that will suit your skills and challenge level. Our gently rolling hills, orange groves and charming small town make this a relaxing country getaway – and our central location provides easy access to Florida’s best attractions without the hustle and high prices of the major tourist areas. It is the best of both worlds – 90 minutes to Disney, Sea World, or Universal Studios in Orlando, and less than 2 hours to Busch Gardens in Tampa, or Lion Country Safari and the Atlantic beaches in West Palm Beach. However, removed enough for that “get away from it all” feeling. Come discover Highlands County for yourself!
7 miles to Highlands Hammock State Park, and 4 miles to Sebring International Raceway. Historic downtown Sebring has numerous shops and restaurants, while the other side of the lake has a mall, shopping centers, theaters and more places to eat, and over 60 houses of worship.
This is a No pet rental and due to restrictions there is No smoking allowed anywhere on the property, inside or out.
Please note - from January through March only full months are rented. No mid month rentals, i.e. Jan 10 to Feb 9 type rentals. I loose the remaining parts of the months.

This home was so clean and well stocked - it was just like being in your own home. Furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen held every pot, pan or dish you could ever need - and NOT just leftover odds and ends assembled from a local yardsale! We loved our stay - the house, the neighbours, the weather could not have been more perfect. Squeaky clean and comfortable - who could ask for anything more

It was nice to actually meet some of my guest for a change. I want to thank you for the great review, and for allowing me to interrupt your TV viewing while I confirmed where the problem was, and repaired the cable feeding the other apartment. I stay a few weeks over there myself every Summer, so if I think I could use this or that, I figure so could my guest, so I get it. Please come again, Fred.
The unit was more than enough space for my partner and I on our visit to Florida. The host was extremely communicative and even reached out personally regarding a power outage at the unit during our stay to relay details about the expected timeline for it. The unit was very comfortable and cozy, the entire neighborhood area was adorable, quiet, and very comfortable as well! Everything we needed for upkeep and cleaning at checkout was provided within the unit and we had no issues finding anything. Even our neighboring rentals in the attached unit were friendly and delightful people. We look forward to hopefully booking this space again for future visits!
Overall a clean home, quiet and relaxing. You will need transportation to get around. Kitchen is equipped, two TVs. This is one half of a two home complex.
In a quiet rural neighborhood this 2 apartment double ranch is located on a Cul de Sac. Orange orchards nearby but Sebring easily accessible on a rural Desoto City Road. Or on a busy nearby Rt 27. Immaculately clean and well appointed furnishings. Very comfortable queen and twin beds. Great WiFi reception. Very friendly neighbors. Senior mobile home park across the street great for walking. I've already booked this for next season. A real gem of a property.
This condo is just outside of all the busy traffic. It is close to Sebring and not far from Lake Placid. It is on a quiet col-de-sac with friendly residents. The owner is very attentive and does everything to make the stay better. Easy to contact and response rapidly.

We camped one year in Highlands Hammock State Park and fell in love with the Sebring area. It has everything you could want and need without the fast pace of the major tourist towns. When we got the opportunity we decided to purchase there so we would have a place to get away and relax with our two children. It is conveniently located in the middle of everything you may want to visit. We gutted and remodeled everything inside, hoping someday to retire there. I'm sure you will enjoy it also. Fred.
What makes this property unique
Be sure and get tickets for the nature tram ride inside Highlands Hammock State Park. It is the best way to see some of the hidden wonders of Florida. We also enjoy walking the nature trails (they are not too long). I've always seen at least one, if not more alligators and other wildlife.
