Het huis was op zich prima behalve dan de badkamervoorziening, die is echt te weinig als je met een groep bent, zeg nou zelf één douche in het bad voor 12 personen is echt te weinig. De keukeninventaris is te krap. 4 wijnglazen, geen theeglazen of theepot. Kortom dat kan een stuk beter. Verder fijne slaapkamers met goede bedden. Een fraaie kamer en keuken en een prachtige tuin met een poort naar het pad direct aan de rivier. Een heerlijk startpunt voor veel mooie wandelingen. Wij zijn er met veel plezier geweest. Hoe zal dat zijn als het complex ernaast klaar is???

parfait pour une bande d'amis

L'état 'dans son jus" n'est pas un problème si vous entre amis. Le gîte est bien équipé avec un belle terrasse à l'opposé de la route. Beau jardin et vaste séjour. De nombreux couchage avec une literie correcte.

Fijne kerstdagen in Comblain- au - Pont

We waren met 9 mensen (en de hond die hier ook welkom is). Het huis is voorzien voor 12 personen. Slaapkamers en bedden (comfortabel) genoeg, maar als je gezellig in de living wil zitten dan zijn de zitplaatsen beperkt. Dat zal op een zomerdag normaal wel geen probleem zijn. Maar nu was het kerst en met 5 (max 6) plaatsen in een hoekzetel en 2 aparte makkelijke zetelstoelen is het dan wat moeilijk (en met 12 dus echt onmogelijk). Voorzieningen zijn ok, maar een 2de badkamer zou een pluspunt betekenen. Wat we 'misten': een (meng)kom -we bakken graag😃-, wat (extra) snijplankjes...Ook een stofzuiger was handig geweest. De tuin zal zeker in de zomer een pluspunt zijn alsook de omgeving. Wandelen, mountainbike...en er is VenturiX waar je activiteiten kunt afspreken -zelfs tijdens de kerstperiode- . Eigenaar is heel behulpzaam en kwam zelfs op kerstavond de vaatwasser (die nieuw was en niet goed was aangesloten) goed aansluiten. Wij hebben fijne dagen gehad.

Aucune mauvaise surprise

Positif :Très bel endroit, bien situé, le long de l'Ourthe, plein d'activités autour. Super jardin bien clôturé et isolé. Propriétaire très agréable ! Négatif: un parasol sur la terrasse n'aurait pas été de refus 😉
