The calm and serenity of the place will help you relax Redon ten kilometers from the station, surrounded by nature, within a framework rhythm of rural life. Nantes and Rennes are 70 km away and invite you to discover the art and history of Upper Brittany, Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan 47 km.

Facing south, nestled in a valley, it is a place that gives great importance to the friendly life with the neighbors, even if they are about a hundred meters or more, and the local cultural scene.

A wonderful property in a lovely location.

This was our second visit this year and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Helene, the owner, could not be more helpful. It is a peaceful spot and highly recommended.

Lovely people and a great cottage. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place to be. Wildlife is wonderful. Lots of places to visit in the area all within reasonable distance. Would highly recommend.

Great, quiet rural stay

Great place to stay if you want a quiet rural holiday. Has everything you need. Location works well for exploring Morbihan and beyond. Would make a super base for a group of cyclists as well as for a family. Joerg and Helene are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Peaceful Stay in the French Countryside

The property was all that we had expected and absolutely suited us. It is a lovely old farm building surrounded by farmland. Very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed meeting the neighbours (the next door dairy herd) who visited regularly. We were mutually entertained. The location was great for us, being central base to visit some archaeological sites, towns of character and have great walks.

Maison charmant et comfortable dans un lieu paisible

Notre séjour était très agréable. On s'est bien reposés dans cet environnement paisible. La maison est spacieuse et comfortable. Le soir on a vu des chevreuils dans le pré. On a vu aussi des rapaces. Nous pouvons conseiller cette maison aux amateurs de la nature.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns/der gesamten Familie die Bretagne bzw. das französische Leben näher gebracht. Vous arrivez par une petite route qui se termine sur sur la maison des propriétaires et sur un très joli gîte de pierre, avec une magnifique vue sur la nature. Très calme et parfaitement aménagé, nous y avons passé un excellent week-end. L'accueil de la propriétaire est impeccable et de bon conseil, bref nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Es geht nicht weiter; denn Du bist angekommen in einer Welt, die sich dem Weiter immer weiter entzieht. Hier herrschen Friede, wunderbare Stille. Hier tauchst Du ein in Deine ursprünglichen Vorstellungen vom Leben auf dem Lande. Du bist in der France profonde in einem ganz und gar positiven Sinne. Um die alten Mauern herum Rosen, Stockrosen, Hortensien, Malven, hundert Kräuter, deren Namen Du nicht kennst, Kunstwerke. Auf den Wiesen hohe Eichen. Tiere kommen zu Besuch – Nelson, der liebe schwarze Hund, der alles bewacht, Dein Haus aber nicht betritt; Capitaine, der schwarze Kater, der Deine Liebkosungen sucht; vierzig, fünfzig Kühe, die Dich mit ihren großen dunklen Augen anschauen. Aber vor allem sind da Jörg und Hélène, Deine Gastgeber, die Dich empfangen wie einen alten Bekannten, die sich um Dich kümmern, Deine Fragen beantworten, sich wieder zurückziehen und doch präsent sind, Dir bald das Gefühl geben, Du würdest sie seit vielen Jahren kennen. Das gibt Vertrauen, Geborgenheit. Getragen von alten Steinen ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was die Menschen unseres Jahrhunderts zu brauchen glauben. Man will nur selten zum Meer, am Ende will man gar nicht mehr weg...
