Great retreat home away from home w/ private in-ground pool minutes to the beach. Sunrise Rock Retreat is spacious beautiful 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom home. 1 king, 1 queen and 2 doubles and a single sleeper sofa. This home features an in-ground swimming pool with a spacious travertine deck. It is located 4 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, 7 miles from Clearwater Beach, and 24 miles from Tampa. This property provides a private resort feel while giving you access to a variety of opportunities for site seeing, biking, beaches, and relaxation. This property does have the Ring doorbell system installed outside by the front door and on the outside side entrance door going into the garage.

Fun in the sun

We really enjoyed our stay with our grandkids. House was exactly as advertised and the pool was very nice. Close to the beach and convenient to most all things. We had a great time and would stay again.

Very clean place with plenty of beds, the pool is well worth having to entertain everyone and the covered cabana was a nice shady spot to relax in when the temps reached 90, we would definately consider renting this place again.

The house was great for our family, plenty of room for everyone to spread out when needed. The outdoor area with pool was a huge hit with our bunch. Yellow House in Largo

Nice house, nice pool, plenty of places to sit outside in the back yard. 3 bathrooms (garage one perfect if you are out of the pool and a little wet still). My sister lives around this area so she carted us around and restaurants and stores are close.

We loved staying at Sunrise Rock Retreat! House was so clean and all linens smelled so fresh! Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house is as described. Very clean and the pool is nice. Everything was great except for 3 out of the 4 beds. The king bed in the master was fine but the mattress on the other beds needs replacement. You could feel the springs and they were just not comfortable. The internet also dropped often which wasn’t super important to us. Good location and the host was available for any issues.

Had a wonderful time spending several weeks at Stephanie’s house. House clean, nice neighborhood, great location to beaches and close other things to do. Everyone loved the pool! Stephanie was very responsive to questions, etc. we love this VRBO rental!!!
