3 bedroom, 2 bath, pool home that sleeps 6, with screened back patio

Quiet 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home in the heart of Palm Harbor. Located in a quiet neighborhood near world famous Honeymoon Island, the Pinellas Trail, and many golf courses. Surrounded by Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater, and Safety Harbor. Enjoy a seafood dinner and a walk on the beach, all within minutes of the house.

The master bedroom has a king size sleep number bed. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other features two twin beds. For additional privacy, there is a pocket door that can separate the back bedroom and pool bath from the remainder of the house. There is a beautiful kitchen equipped with the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal, with place settings for 8. There is also plastic ware for kids, with a highchair and pack n play in the center bedroom closet. Coffee and tea are available for your enjoyment. The house has a split plan layout. There is plenty of space for everyone with a living room, family room and dining area. Large screened back patio for outside dining.

***Please note there IS NO kiddie fence around the pool. However, the pool access sliding glass doors and pool bath door each have two locks. The patio screen door is also equipped with two separate locks. The pool IS NOT heated.

PLEASE SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DON'T LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.

Netflix is available on the televisions located in the master bedroom, living room, and family room. The entire house is available to you except for the garage. However, there is a driveway for parking.

This was one of the most welcoming VRBO homes we have ever stayed at! Kathy was so responsive to our questions and any needs. The house has everything we needed with a very well stocked kitchen. The pool was amazing with plenty of floaties. I hope we can come back again sometime:)

This was our kids’ first stay in a rental instead of a hotel. They were so happy to have space to themselves as well as multiple tvs so that we didn’t all have to watch the same things. The outdoor pool was a great feature though nighttime swimming wasn’t possible as the pool light was not functioning. Everything that we needed was provided and it was great being able to do laundry before departure so that that wasn’t a dreaded task once getting back home. We spent the majority of our time in the Dunedin and Clearwater areas and this property allowed us to be close enough for a comfortable drive yet far enough away from the huddle and bustle of the beach areas. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Comfortable home with a nice pool

We enjoyed this home in a quiet neighborhood. It was very close to my son’s home in Palm Harbor. It was convenient for us. Lots of nice towels.

Well-stocked house with great access!

We were so delighted to arrive and find this house is completely well stocked with everything you need from dishes to beach toys. Their care for the guests was amazing. The house is big enough where everybody gets a little space and privacy, but the pool was the best part! Lots of great swimming when you don’t want to haul everyone to the beach which is really close! I recommend paying the 8 dollar entry to do honeymoon island! We booked another vacation in this home while we were on our trip!

Great property

This property is a great find. The house is well maintained with a very cozy feel, but still with plenty of room. A nice touch from the owners was a welcome gift. They were attentive and very responsive. Lots of activities, restaurants, groceries and the beach are nearby. The only thing different on the listing is that there was 1 twin bed as opposed to 2. Definatly looking forward to a future stay.

A Gem in Dunedin

We had a very nice stay in Kathy and Mark’s rental house. It was very clean and tidy and the owners had many extra items in case we had forgotten something. They were prompt with communicating and just all around good hosts. The pool was wonderful and we really appreciated the use of the three beach chairs. The house was also in a good location - close to Hollywood Beach and Fred Howard State Park. We also spent one day at St. Pete Beach. It was a very nice trip and we hope to add Dunedin to our vacation destination rotation.

Birthday Get Away

The house is beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full baths. Everything you need to feel like your at home. Plenty of pool toys, pool towels, towels/wash clothes, 1 beach umbrella and multiple chairs. House is located 26 minutes away from Clearwater, and under 20 minutes from Honey Moon Island. We traveled from Ohio to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday with family. Can’t wait to come and stay again.

Could not have been more pleased!

Kathy and Mark are wonderful hosts. They have gone out of their way to make sure their home is clean and comfortable. The house was immaculate, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. They have thought of everything you may need and had it readily available. I have no doubt that if you needed something that wasn't there, this couple would be on the ball with a quick response to your request. The yard and pool are lovely. Even every potted plant was perfect. Floats, toys, towels; all provided. All you have to do is walk in and enjoy. The location is close to everything! No complaints what so ever. Thank you Kathy and Mark, we truly enjoyed our stay!

10+ Top Knotch! Location, comfort, family fun and affordable

We rented this home for our out of state family. We live in the neighborhood. We are 2.7 miles from the beach. AMAZING location and great neighborhood. Owners take GREAT PRIDE with this vrbo. It was Thanksgiving and our family member is an advid cooker. This home home soooo much cooking supplies and he was very happy. You will love this home. Great split floor plan, private and comfortable. Lots of little extras. Enough blankets, beach chairs, some pool toys, sun screen, etc. Very clean! Great place to create wonderful memoires. We will be renting again in the future! :)

Relaxing vacation

We had the absolute best stay at Kathy and Marks! The house was clean, and was by far the best stocked vrbo we have ever stayed in! They had ALL the essentials which made our stay so enjoyable especially since we flew we didn’t have to pack all the extras! The pool was awesome and a great size! We spent the majority of our time on the screened porch when we were there. Close proximity to HoneyMoon state park which was by far our favorite beach! Close to downtown palm harbor with yummy restaurants and live music! We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, family friendly house where lots of wonderful memories are made!

Another wonderful stay at Palm Harbor

Our second time at this property in Palm Harbor. The property is clean and tidy and 'as described' in the listing. Close to Honeymoon Island beaches and downtown Dunedin restaurants. Clearwater is close by as well. Bed was comfortable, TV's work and kitchen is well equipped. Kathy & Mark are responsive to message and are close by if you need help. We will be back.

We stayed here again even though it wasn't swimming weather, house was clean and comfortable. Didn't use the kitchen much, but it looked well stocked. Beds comfortable and bathrooms clean.

Perfect family house

Kathy accommodated us quickly after our other rental canceled due to hurricane Milton. She was quick to respond and repaired their minimal damage before we arrived. The house was super clean and smelled great. The pool and toys inside the house were perfect for my kids (ages 5 and 2.5). They had a blast!

Everything was perfect!

From the moment we walked in the house we knew we had picked a great location. Very clean and organized. Not a lot of clutter lying around. Anything we had forgot was provided at the house. Great towels and linens. The pool itself is very large and my three boys loved every minute in it. The pool area is amazing. A Screened in area for eating or playing games. Thank you for letting us rent your home and we hope to be back again.

Great place to stay!

The house was great for our vacation! I had myself and my 3 children and 2 of their friends with me. Ages 10-20 and having the pool was great! We are used to staying closer to the beach and in a more touristy area but this was a great change of pace! The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything you needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was just a short drive to the beach! Would definitely recommend
