About this property

OCEANFRONT/BEACHFRONT- 7 Bedroom House! One block from Restaurants and Shops!!!

Our beachfront house is directly on the ocean with parking for guests staying at home only. You can hear the waves from the front rooms. Recently remodeled bathrooms and new ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. This is a BEACH HOUSE for large families (sleeps up to 19) that has lots of open space with lots of light. The great room is two levels with windows above to give you a BEACH feeling even while you are inside. The lower deck is covered with protection from sun and rain. This deck has two sets of tables and chairs for dining or cocktails outside. There are two open decks off the upstairs ocean front bedrooms for private sunbathing.

This location is ideal as you are 2 blocks of easy beach walking to food, drinks, ice cream and shopping. However, you are far enough away from any public parking that the beach in front of the house is limited to occupants of homes and not day tourists. It is never crowded.

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT FOR PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS! This is a quiet neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors. NO SMOKING PROPERTY including beach areas. NO PETS allowed. We do have outside cameras on the property.
We kindly ask that you be respectful and help keep our property on the beach clean and damage free. We will assess extra cleaning fees for excess mess or damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Beautiful place to stay if you want to wake up to ocean waves and the sunrise. Large deck overlooking the ocean - great place to have morning coffee. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend!!

Our family has several aunts/uncles turning 60 and several cousins turning 30 this year, so a group did the bridge in celebration of all the “big” birthdays. This house is great for a large family gathering! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and the view of the ocean is amazing! It’s well equipped for any of your needs and the location is perfect! The perfect house

My fiancée and I had some friends stay with us here. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and then some. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and bars if that’s something you are interested in. The home owner was very responsive and was very helpful making accommodations for us when needed. The only thing about the house was that we preplanned where everyone was going to be sleeping but one of the rooms that had two bunk beds in the listing were broken down into two bedrooms with three beds. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great Location and Beach View!

Older house and grounds in need of some paint and updating however bathrooms were recently updated. Plenty of room for the 20 of us and our active group. Reported to owner that maid cleaning service was poor so hopefully he will address that. Several had complaints about the mattresses but overall about 4 stars.

Spent a week at this property with my husbands family from 5 different states! We try to meet up once a year and this house was perfect! The layout of the house is very comfortable and the windows on the back are wonderful!!! The house is beginning to show its age but the pros far out way anything negative. The beach is great for walking and it is not crowed. Getting up every morning seeing the sunrise from the dining room table or deck was worth it all! It has all the amenities needed including beach chairs, umbrella,boogie boards, etc... Couldn't have found a better place!!!

A little TLC

We really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the house was roomy & comfortable for our large family. Had all the amenities that we needed. It’s a bit older house, so wear & tear is expected & acceptable. Inside was great. The outside of the house could use some attention. The grounds were somewhat grown up. A little pressure washing would make a huge difference. Overall, we would pick this house again. Beach access was wonderful. Thank you for helping us make more family memories.
