One of the most notable features of this proporty is the beautiful, imported wood used throughout as flooring, woodwork and furniture. There is stunning kitchen woodwork including cabinets and kitchen islands, dining tables and chairs, polished wood doors everywhere. The house is unique and beautiful and tastefully decorated with modern appliances in each of the three kitchens, luxurious jacuzzi tubs in two of the bathrooms and a sauna spa shower in another.The pool was a lifesaver for our family reunion trip as we were there during very hot weather. The pool is conveniently situated on the second floor deck with lush foliage providing the perfect amount of privacy without overshading the pool which is a useful size and design. The house has comfortable sitting and dining areas throughout the three floors and a roof deck with great views of the ocean. The elevator is a little quirky but very helpful in moving people, pets, luggage, groceries and trash. Please note and take seriously the list of amenities for what is and what is not provided and bring your own condiments, even salt and pepper, table and kitchen linens as well as beach towels or equipment. The house has multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to relax alone or with others and is full of unique furnishings, smart TV's in every room and many large cocktail table design and nature books in every room. This an extraordinary house in which to spend a memorable beach trip.
