Très bon emplacement, accès à 50 mètres de la plage et toutes commodités, commerces, port, pharmacie, une vue imprenable de la ville, de la mer, et feux d'artifices. La climatisation est de mise également. espace de vie Très agréable. Toutefois, Un garage fermé électriquement fait partie de ce bien, mais si vous possédez une Lamborghini, Bentley, ou mais encore une Ferrari, une Porsche, impossibilité de la garer à cet endroit.

Wunderbarer Ausblick

Die Wohnung -gelegen im obersten 5. Stock des Hauses- hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Frejus und St. Raphael. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist unmittelbar, schnell und nicht zu beanstanden. Die Wohnungsübergabe/ und -abgabe nach Urlaub funktionierte einwandfrei und zeitlich wie vereinbart. Die Garage in der Tiefgarage ist ein grosser Vorteil, da die Parkplatzsituation um das Haus sehr eingeschränkt ist. Die technische Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einwandfrei (Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd etc.) und funktioniert gut. Die Nähe zum Strand und Hafen sind ebenfalls ein grosser Vorteil. Insgesamt kann man in der Wohnung einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen und sie ist zu empfehlen. Verbesserungspunkte aus meiner Sicht: 1. Die Bar-Kaution in Höhe von 400 bei Übergabe (Und Rückgabe bei Abgabe -sofern nichts offensichtlich beschädigt wurde) der Wohnung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss - das könnte online gemacht werden.2. Die Bilder in der Anzeige suggerieren 3 Schlafzimmer - in der Realität erhält man eine abgetrennte Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer für 4 im oberen Stock. Das sollte klarer kommuniziert werden!3. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sauber übergeben bei Urlaubsbeginn - die Sauberkeit der Küche ist allerdings zu bemängeln. Töpfe, Teller, Besteck, Kühlschrank innen usw. waren teileweise noch verschmutzt und die Sauberkeit der Küche insgesamt war nicht gegeben. Das sollte unbedingt sauberer sein.

Bien dans l’ensemble…

Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, notre hôte nous a informé que l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait plus à l’étage. La moitié de l’appartement se retrouve sans climatisation. Étant un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons eu de la difficulté à préserver la fraîcheur dans l’appartement. Par contre, le logement est très bien situé et propre. La communication avec l’hôte était parfaite et Martine nous a fait un superbe accueil.

Mooie locatie. Helaas geen aparte kamers

We hebben hier tien dagen geboekt met zes personen. Het is een super locatie. Direct aan de boulevard maar niet aan het drukke gedeelte. Je steekt de straat over en je bent op het strand. Aan de achterkant zit een grote supermarkt. Ideaal. De accommodatie biedt weinig privacy voor de gasten. Beneden is er een stukje aan de woonkamer zonder raam of ventilatie.Hier staat een stapelbed die niet veel comfort biedt. Degene die daar sliep heeft op de slaapbank gelegen. Boven is het 1 grote ruimte zonder wanden of deuren. Er zijn dus geen drie aparte slaapkamers. 1 wakker betekend iedereen wakker. De hygiëne was prima in orde en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goed verblijf was aanwezig.

A real gem!

The appartment is a real gem! Perfectly situated with fascinating view over the beach, town and harbour. Very clean, everything you need available, professionally managed with smooth and likeable handover. Any time again!

Grand confort et vue sur mer imprenable

Situé dans la résidence Le Capitole, en bord de plage, à seulement 50 m du port, grande surface à seulement 100 m, 10 restaurants à proximité : nous avons décidé de laisser la voiture dans le garage pendant tout le séjour. Literie neuve et bien ferme, TV grand écran avec TNT, Wifi, terrasse avec store, climatisation sur les deux niveaux, ventilateur de plafond, deux salles de bain : cet appartement était l'endroit idéal pour nos vacances. VUE MAGNIFIQUE- SUPER COMFORT

Merci pour cet agréable moment face à la mer. Nous n'oublierons pas la vue formidable sur le golfe et pensons revenir pour cet été. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé conforme à l'annonce du site. Il est situé face à la plage et à 2 pas des commerces et des restaurants
