The house is 70m² and opens onto a large garden with sunbathing and a pleasant pergola for your barbecue evenings. The living room - with kitchen, dining area and lounge - overlooks the terrace, ideal for your breakfasts.
The house has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a convertible sofa in the living room, for a maximum of six people.
The house is semi-detached with that of the owners and the parking is common. Pets are not allowed on the property (the owner himself has a dog).

The house is quiet and not overlooked. It is located in the village of Patrimonio labeled a grand site of France in 2017, known for its vineyard and its music festival. Many cellars and restaurants, as well as a grocery store, a bakery, and craft workshops can enhance your stay at Patrimonio.
The village ideally located at the start of Cap Corse is 10 minutes from the seaside and the picturesque port of Saint Florent, where you will find all the shops, services and tourist activities.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch, ruhig mit Garten und Grill. Schade dass es in dem schönen Weinort Patrimonio keinen Bäcker oder kleinen Supermarkt gibt. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. Auch die Gastgeberin Antonia war super nett.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Sitzplatz und Garten

Wir haben zwei relaxte Wochen in der sehr schönen, gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht. Sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber, Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Wir genossen den direkten Ausgang auf Terrasse und in den Garten. Hilfsbereite, unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeber. Gerne wieder!

Urlaubserinnerung - Souvenir de vacances

Das Haus und der Garten sind wie beschrieben. Es ist alles da, was wir im Urlaub brauchten. Von Patrimonio kann man schnell Ausflüge nach Saint Florent im Westen oder Bastia im Osten machen. Zu Fuss kann man in Patrimonio unterwegs sein, frisches Quellwasser unterhalb der Kirche trinken oder verschiedene Weingüter besuchen Antonia und Alain sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit bei den Gastgebern Antonia und Alain verbracht. La maison et le jardin sont conformes à la description. Il y a tout ce dont nous avions besoin en vacances. Depuis Patrimonio, on peut rapidement faire des excursions vers Saint Florent à l'ouest ou Bastia à l'est. On peut se promener à pied dans Patrimonio, boire de l'eau de source fraîche en dessous de l'église ou visiter différents domaines viticoles. Antonia et Alain sont très aimables et serviables. Die Unterkunft ist nett. Toller Garten. Die Gastgeber sind lieb und bemüht, sprechen aber nur Französisch. Sehr viele Mücken. Schönster Strand in der Nähe (circa 12 Autominuten) war für uns der Plage de Farinole.

Dobrý základný tábor pre dovolenku na Korzike

Boli veľmi spokojní, poloha destinácie nám absolútne vyhovovala, dá sa jazdiť do hôr/ treba vidieť, sú očarujúce / Výborná dostupnosť pláži, v každej zátoke je iná, a že ich naozaj veľa. Výborná dostupnosť obchodov, reštaurácii napr, Saint Florent - cca 8 km. A na záver . Bonus - výborné jednanie majiteľov, Alaina a Antonie.Poradili, pomohli, strávili sme spolu aj napriek rečovej bariere pár krásnych večerov. Skrátka, odporúčame. Dankovci

Petite maison fonctionnelle très bien située pour rayonner sur le nord de la corse et tout le cap corse. Tres calme tout en restant à proximité des plages et commerces. Malgré la canicule, le terrain bien ombragé permet de bien supporter la chaleur: nos enfants et nous en avons bien profité Mention spéciale à Alain et Antonia très accueillants et disponibles si nécessaire on reviendra avec plaisir nous recommandons chaudement

Merveilleux séjour

La maison est très bien située, au calme dans une zone tres arborée. Toute proche de Saint Florent (sans les contraintes) et au pied du cap Corse. Son beau jardin arboré où il fait bon dejeuner sous la tonnelle nous a ravi. La literie était parfaite et plus généralement, la maison est très bien équipée (clim appréciable !). Enfin, Alain et Antonia nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Ils ont toujours été prêts à nous conseiller, à nous arranger. On reviendra avec grand plaisir quand on repassera dans les parages !!

Patrimonio im Frühling - wunderbar

Das Haus von Antonia und Alain bietet einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung im "Finger" Korsikas. Wir haben uns hier ganz wunderbar entspannen können, fernab vom Trubel der Touristenorte und dennoch in direkter Nähe (7 Autominuten) von Saint Florent, in dem man alles erhält, was man zur Verpflegung benötigt. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und sorgen dennoch dafür, dass die Privatsphäre jederzeit gewahrt wird. Bei Problemen und Schwierigkeiten sind sie aber zur Stelle und helfen sofort. Alain gibt auch gerne Tipps für Ausflüge und interessante Orte. Und wenn sich die Situation ergibt, trinkt man am Abend gemeinsam ein Gläschen Wein. Vielen Dank dafür, liebe Antonia und lieber Alain. Ihr seid hervorragende Gastgeber und Vermieter.
