Home located in Palo Verde Meadows. 3,400 square feet, 2-story, 4 bedrooms (2-masters), 4 bathrooms. Fully furnished. Pool and personal dock. Boat launch just down the street. Located between Laughlin and Avi. Just a few blocks from a super Wal-Mart. Laughlin casinos only about 5 miles away. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The prefect location for a river vacation get-a-way.

We had an amazing time.

We absolutely loved this home. This home is in a great location. It has a pool for those who don't like the river and for those who like the river, its a quick float across the way to a beautiful, clean beach area. The home was very clean, and well equipped. When we checked-in, Tammy had the ac on for us and some cold waters in the fridge. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Evan's Family for sharing your beautiful home.

Run down, poor condition

The property showed beautifully on the VRBO app. Upon arrival, you could immediately see how bad the property was run down. The cement around the entire property was cracked and crumbling. The plastic blinds inside the house were so sun worned they were cracking and falling off. Plastic debris fell from the blinds when trying to open or close them. The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom had tiles missing which were hidden by bath mats. The shower leaked and water ran across the floor into the bedroom. The a c. Upstairs didn't work for 3 nights and it was 107 degrees outside. Everyone had to sleep downstairs in the couches and floor. The owner did send someone out the day after we told them. The first 2 nights we thought someone was controlling the ac from a timer until we realized it must be broken. The pool decking is all torn up and it hurts to walk on it. The stucco on the walls by the pool where the water overflows was discolored and looked horrible from water stains. There is a private dock that had broken plank and the ladder was slimey and was not hooked properly on dock and would fall off easily. The fan in master bedroom didn't work. We called them owner to let her know of all the issues and she said they were going to make the repairs at the end of the summer season AFTER people like ourselves pays top dollar for prime rental season. None of these issues showed in the pictures on the vrbo app. By far, this house is the most run down house with little curb appeal in the entire beautiful community. I called the vrbo customer support and they said we could not get any money back since we completed our stay. VRBO does not have any check and balance to assure what they advertise on their app is really what the property looks like. If they are going to promote and advertise the property they should make sure it's in good condition. VRBO was going to contact the owner to see if they would refund some of our money. vrbo's customer service never got back with me and no money was returned by the owner. We don't think we will be renting through vrbo again due to their lack of accountability. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. Way over priced for the condition of the house. It was a pretty view from their back porch facing the river. Very very disappointed by home owner and customer service. Save your money, stay in a hotel

The BEST!

I don’t usually write reviews but I 100% think this VRBO deserves one. This was hands down our favorite family trip yet. The home was great yes, but the location and convenience of having your own private dock and in an area that does not have any river current where your kiddos can swim and snorkel in piece was amazing! We extended our trip and extra day because we were all having way too much fun to see it end. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to make fun filled and non stressful memories with friends and family ❤️
