First bedroom has a queen size bed with flatscreen TV and second bedroom has two twin XL beds. Large open living room with new high ceilings and 58 inch flatscreen TV with full pull out sofa bed and new AC wall unit. New Kitchen with plenty of seating, microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven. Washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, wireless high-speed Internet and cable TV also included. Outside offers a covered deck with outside seating, grill and dedicated outside shower. Plenty of on site parking on premises, full garage to store your bikes or rentals. Four Beach badges, beach chairs and beach cart included. Private walkway just steps away from the beach.

Dreamy Beach side condo

This place was immaculate and conveniently located about 30 blocks from Bay Village and 30 seconds from the beach! There is a great bicycle rental place about 4 blocks away and plenty of good eats to choose from within walking distance. The owners are very available and accommodating. The laundry facility and out door shower below the house made coming off the beach a breeze. We were able to leave all the sand behind and keep a sand free condo for a week. The place comes equipped with everything you need For a dine in experience. The one thing is you must pack your own linens which I didn’t realize but the owners were nice enough to bring us down some as we were traveling from California and did not know we needed to bring them! Over all not one complaint about this rental and we plan on renting again!
