Quiet Beachfront Paradise on the 11th floor!

This beachfront paradise is nestled up on the 11th floor with a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo just had brand new floors installed. The air conditioner is also less than a few months old. Brand new furniture has also been put in and the unit is surprisingly spacious as it isn't packed with unnecessary pieces. The entire unit was painted less than a year ago as well.
As soon as you open the front door, you have that "WOW" moment as your eyes widen while you gaze upon the Atlantic Ocean! (That NEVER gets old!) A round glass table top dining room set allows seating for 6 and an amazing view for all meals. Just passed this is the leather sofa, loveseat, and the 50" Smart Flat screen television. (Wi Fi is included as well as cable television.) On the other side of the sliding glass door is where you will most likely spend the majority of your time on the balcony. Being 11 stories up allows you to see things such as manatees, stingrays, and dolphins sometimes that lower units aren't able to observe. (Binoculars are in the television stand, and we highly recommend bringing polarized glasses for even more enhanced vision!) The colors of the water are breathtaking from up there to say the very least.
The Master bedroom is large and has a huge 3-panel window that allows you to stare out into the Atlantic as you lay on the brand new queen sized bed. (This is an amazing sunrise each morning from the comfort of the bed.) The sink is separate from the toilet and shower in the master. (Both bedrooms have small walk-in closets.) The second bedroom has a brand new full sized bed with a twin sized bed that comes out from underneath it. (Trundle) This bedroom looks out over the Intra-Coastal and is perfect for watching the most incredible sunsets! This bedroom also contains a small desk.
The building itself is meticulously maintained and has a large pool with plenty of chairs and two propane barbecue grills that are available to you. They also have a shelter should you wish to get out of the sun while you are by the pool. There is an outside shower by the pool to rinse off and one at the end of the boardwalk by the beach that is for our guests only. We also have a large community room on the property. A small gym is next to the community center as well.
Besides the tranquil setting, the restaurants nearby are also fantastic! Just 10-15 minutes down the road to the north is Vero Beach which has excellent shopping and a plethora of restaurants to choose from! If you decide to go south instead, you are just 5-10 minutes from Downtown Ft. Pierce which has excellent restaurants as well and one of the BEST Farmers Markets each and every Saturday morning! It really is the perfect location.
