Escape to a beautiful beachfront corner unit on the 5th floor of Ocean Harbour South! This renovated, well-maintained unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and is tiled throughout. The large wrap-around balcony offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach, and both the living room and master bedroom offer wonderful ocean views as well. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size Simmons Beautyrest bed, a television, and a fold-down table beneath the window that doubles as a great office desk with a view. The master also has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a large roman shower and a ceiling-mounted rain shower head. The second bedroom has a cozy Queen size Simmons Beautyrest bed, 50" smart tv and a walk-in closet as well.

Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, and relax on the new patio furniture on the balcony while enjoying the beach air and the sound of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, beach bag, and boogie board are all provided for your enjoyment on the beach.

The condo association generally requires 30 days to approve lease applications, so last minute bookings are not accepted. Please book early to ensure that the requirements are met. This involves a lease application which costs $150 for new applicants or $100 for returning guests. (This appears as Administrative Fee in the quote)

Perfect for one or two couples, this unit is located 2 hours from Walt Disney World and Seaworld. It is just 15 minutes south of Vero Beach and 1.5 hours north of West Palm Beach, with Fort Pierce just on the other side of the causeway. Fort Pierce offers many great restaurants and little boutiques to explore.

New pictures to follow shortly since the entire unit was recently retiled. The guest bathroom was also completely redone so that it is almost identical to our other unit below. (The bathtub was removed and replaced with a shower.)

Beachfront condo.

Great location with a beautiful view, right on ocean. Very nice condo, well appointed, very clean. Owner receptive and communicative. Certainly recommend this unit and area.

A+ GETAWAY!

If we could give this property a "10", we would! The attention to detail is evident throughout, and the owner was personable, accommodating, and responsive. The community is quiet and well-maintained. Inside the condo, the kitchen is well-stocked with quality kitchenware, etc., the beds are comfortable, the appliances and washer & dryer are newer, and we loved the overhead rain shower in the owner's suite bathroom. The extended balcony offers such spectacular oceanfront views, you won't want to leave. If you are looking for a clean, bright and welcoming condo, this is it! We absolutely loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it.

Home away from home

This condo had everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. The views are beautiful. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Katherine. She lives in Canada but was in Florida while we were there. She was nice and very easy to talk with. We will be back to enjoy the condo again.

A little piece of paradise!

Katharine’s place was the perfect spot on the beach and the end unit was ideal for our 87 yr old parents! Being able to have a drink or coffee and watch the ocean, sunrise or sunset was perfect! Place was super clean and completely updated! We will always remember our little piece of paradise!!

My husband and I purchased this property back in December 2012 with my husband's parents, Keith & Joan Miller, who live just 30 minutes away.
As of December 2020, Darrel & I are the sole owners. We live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, but have been responsible for the management and rental of the unit since it's initial purchase.
