At the edge of the Arcachon basin, in residential area very quiet, very pretty villa entirely of wood of 120 m2, south facing, not overlooked, with extensive decking.
Pool (can be heated according to the weather, with a supplement of 10 Euros per day), garden furniture, ping pong table, gas grill, loungers, hammock ...
On one level, this home decorated in the spirit of the pond is a haven of peace.
There are 3 separate rooms, one with 2 beds 90 x 200 (or a double bed 180 x 200), another with 1 bed 160 X 200, and finally a room with a bed 160 X 200 and 2 additional beds 90 X 200 in mezzanine (or a large bed 180 X 200).
