Just 400 meters from the beach and a stone's throw from Taussat port, this large villa is ideally located to fully enjoy the Arcachon Basin. The neighborhood is calm and everything is within walking distance: market stroll, oyster tasting at the oyster port, local shops (fishmonger, greengrocer, bistro...). The environment is perfect for a rejuvenating stay, between swimming, bike rides and lounging in the shade of pine trees. You can enjoy a huge 15-meter pool for your laps, a plancha for your summer meals, and a large wooden hammock to relax in the sun. A warm place, designed for family or friends vacations, between relaxation and conviviality, ideal for nine people.

This 80s villa welcomes you with a first living room area with a television, its sofas and a (non-functional) fireplace. Just behind, you will find a dining table and a small office space if you wish to work remotely. The independent, gas-powered kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a Nespresso Krups coffee maker, and a kettle.
Upstairs, you will find a second living room with a foosball table and access to the balcony. You will find a total of four bedrooms: two of them with a double bed (140/190), the third with a double bed (140/190) plus a single bed (90/190), and the last with a Queen Size bed (160/200). You will also find two washrooms and a bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. A washing machine and an iron are available if needed.

For the outdoors, you will enjoy a large garden of over 1000 m² with a terrace for outdoor dining, as well as a ping-pong table for those who like to play. The private pool is unheated and is open from May 15th to September 15th. For parking, you have four private spaces in the outdoor parking lot.

You will not be alone... Perhaps you will have the pleasure of encountering Jocker, the host cat of the place, who will honor you with his presence if you wish; otherwise, he will lounge in the shade of a shrub before slipping into his private space!

The villa is not recommended for families with young children, as the upper floor is served by a steep wooden staircase, which is not suitable for the safety of young children or elderly people. However, there is a possibility of locking this space.
