Large home in quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Campus!

You can comfortably sleep 10 in this spacious home on a quiet cove with plenty of room for parking and a large backyard for cookouts. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two downstairs with a king and queen bed, two bedrooms upstairs with twins and a queen and two sleeper sofas) There is a large great room with gas fireplace, large kitchen with an eat-in area and dining room for wonderful entertaining. This home is great for football weekends, graduations or long holidays. It is conveniently located near campus, the Square, and Jackson Ave shopping. We have lived here for 5 years and made lots of upgrades. We are constantly making improvements that will make your stay even more comfortable. If you're looking for a place to gather several families on a weekend in Oxford, this is your place!

Football weekend

We visited our sons at Ole Miss during a football weekend and stayed at this lovely home. The home was close to campus, very clean, spacious and welcoming -the owner even left cinnamon rolls and juice/snacks if we wanted them! Communication was quick with the host. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous Oxford Home

We came for the UGA /Ole Miss game and this rental did not disappoint us at all. The beds were so super comfy, the master shower was amazing with a triple shower head, the living room was very roomy and the upstairs was awesome for our teenagers!!! The host was absolutely amazing and so welcoming.

Accommodations for all

Great home to host extended family for Ole Miss graduation weekend. Our only complaint would be no pantry space or freezer space. As we realize this is another family's home, it would be nice to have space to put snacks or staples. Also freezer capacity was full so no room for ice packs or ice. The freezer did not have ice maker so bags of ice were essential. Otherwise, we hosted family and friends for a nice graduation gathering.

Hurdle House

Came to Oxford for the Ole Miss/Arkansas football game. There was 8 in our group. We had plenty of room. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. This is our second time staying here and will definitely stay again when coming to Oxford with a large group. Hotty Toddy!!!!

Convenient & clean, great host!

Stayed with a group of friends for Ole Miss family weekend. Property was super convenient to the school & Square, spacious with adult & kid spaces and an awesome back yard. Sweet host left us breakfast, snacks and drinks! Great experience.

Perfect Stay

What a beautiful home to host our family celebrations (graduation, birthday and Mother’s Day)! It was comfy, spacious (10 people in our group), homey and peaceful. The neighborhood was lovely, the backyard so inviting, the kitchen had everything and the big hit was the master shower. Air hockey table was also well-used. A truly perfect stay!

Ole Miss parents weekend

We came in town to visit our daughter who attends ole miss. Jammed packed weekend of sorority events, baseball games and Morgan Wallen concert. This property was perfect for us. Charming house- quiet neighborhood- close to campus-Plenty of sleeping space- the beds comfortable and bedding was extremely softball. Master bathroom is amazing, with a spa like shower. Loft area upstairs was perfect for all the cousins to hang out while the adults could enjoy their own space on the main floor. Overall-this is a great place to stay! We will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving and Egg Bowl

Very nice property for a large extended family with plenty of space for all. Big yard with a fire pit and deck was great. Location worked well for a home football game as it was a short drive to campus.

Perfect for our family-great location-close to campus-we came for tailgating-back yard is awesome! Only recommendation would be frig/freezer space-We brought down quite a bit of food for the tailgate and didn’t really have a place to store it. But overall great house.

Graduation

This was the perfect location for Ole Miss graduation and would work great for game weekends. Joel was great and super helpful especially when they updated the dates for graduation after I had booked our reservation.

Great for football weekends!

A group of us came into town for the Ole Miss vs. Arkansas game and we stayed at this amazing home! We had a large group and it fit us comfortably. We loved using the fire pit in the backyard and the owners were SO accommodating. Highly recommend this home if you have a large group. Easy access to the highway and Jackson. Thank you for opening up your home to us! We will be back!

This home was wonderful! Perfect fit for my husband and me, 3 daughters and 2 sons in law and 2 grandchildren. Wonderful backyard for the kids. Rooms and beds were private and comfortable. Would rent again!

The house was perfect for our daughter’s graduation weekend. Lots of room for the 10 of us and guests each night for for dinner. Backyard was huge and perfect for hanging out late into the night!

Welcoming hosts, lovely home, lots of space

Joel and Kitty were perfect hosts, providing everything we needed for a great weekend in Oxford. Their home has tons of space in a quiet neighborhood, and we slept 8 adults easily with room for more if we’d needed it. Their home is an easy $10-15 Uber ride from campus and the Square. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
