We were very happy with how clean the space was! They kindly had a culinary surprise for us when we arrived in the form of coffee, tea, milk, juice and nice baked goods to enjoy! It's in a quiet area, off the street parking and within walking distance to everything we needed. We highly recommend this space.

I know Kevin and Kim aren’t listed as “super-hosts”But that’s because they have been in the business for 29 years- before all this on line stuff existed and they get so many return customers they connect with directly. All I can say is we have been coming to Stratford for 30 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed! Unbelievably convenient to everything , so cozy with a beautiful deck and a garden with vegetables. Quiet and clean. Kitchen perfectly stocked even with spices for cooking! Home baked goods in the fridge awaiting us. Super friendly and helpfulHosts. We plan to come back next year. The stairs to the second floor with the bedroom are quite steep.

A wonderful stay!

The house was spacious, spotlessly clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. We loved the location and we could walk to the theaters and restaurants very easily. Kevin was an extremely helpful and considerate host. Overall this was a great find and we will definitely be back next year!

Nice clean and convenient location for theaters

Nicely modernized older apartment for two in convenient neighborhood, within walking distance of all theaters. Intelligently furnished with nice array of supplies and basics by accommodating host. Pleasant front porch and back deck for sitting on nice days and evenings with glass of wine. Also very convenient to downtown for treks to the many outstanding restaurants.

Fabulous location

Great location for those who like to walk to theatre, dinner and shopping. The small deck off the back is a great sit with a glass of wine or cup of something to watch the birds and squirrels in the yard. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed is comfy and living area works well for those who like to tuck up with a good book. We certainly enjoyed the morning pastries and homemade jams left for us. A very thoughtful and appreciated touch.

Thanks so much Anita, we are very happy that you were able to return again to our great neighbourhood. You left us with little to do after your check out, that's very much appreciated and very kind of you. We feel the goodwill, thank you for that. Until next time, our best to you, Kim and Kev.

Orlando's Heavenly Hideaway

We loved having our own pristine, light-filled, perfectly appointed little house in Stratford. The quiet residential neighborhood was just a block from the restaurants, shops and coffee shop on Ontario Street, and midway between the two theaters we walked to most often -- plus just a block from the 2-mile walking/running loop around the lake. Ideal!
