Our Contemporary Cottage is an immaculate, half duplex that is very roomy, light, bright and very quiet. The home features a spacious living room/dining room combo perfect for entertaining guests or cheering on your favorite sports team while watching the game or streaming movies on the 65" Smart TV.

Stunning & private, the Master Bedroom Suite features a comfortable king-size bed, large dresser, two night stands, a 43" Smart TV and a beautiful, well-equipped office desk with secure Wifi internet. The Master Bath features a large walk-in shower, a double vanity, and spacious walk-in closet.

Decorated in peaceful hues, the Guest Bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed, ample size chest of drawers, night stand and roomy closet. It is situated across the house from the Master Bedroom for maximum privacy and is conveniently located across from the guest bathroom.

A bright and cheerful Kitchen overlooks the Living & Dining Room areas. The Kitchen features gorgeous Quartz counter tops. It is well equipped with dishes, glasses, flatware, small appliances, utensils and everything else you are likely to need to prepare your favorite meals. The Breakfast area is convenient to the kitchen and provides seating for four and the breakfast bar seats two. Additionally, the Formal Dining is set for four but can comfortably accommodate six. If you plan to have a holiday gathering while staying, there is seating for a total of 12 for a meal.

The two-car garage features extra storage for your golf clubs or other items. If you choose to rent a golf car at the nearby Capital Golf Cars in Sun City, it can be charged at the electrical receptacle in the garage.

Enjoy relaxing on the covered, back patio in a peaceful greenbelt setting with privacy fencing. Perhaps you'll get a glimpse of the deer that wander the neighborhood in the early evenings! Propane gas grill for your outdoor enjoyment (not shown in photos).

Sun City is a 55 & older, Active Adult Resort community located in beautiful Georgetown, Texas approximately 30 miles north of Austin, Texas - The Live Music Capital of the World. A few hours in various directions, one can enjoy antique shopping in famous Canton or Round Top, Texas or Texas Hill Country wineries or Bluebonnet tours.

You'll find so much to enjoy while touring the area visiting friends, attending South By Southwest, Circuit of the Americas race track or while building your dream home for a permanent move to Sun City or other neighboring areas. Lake enthusiasts can enjoying boating, skiing or fishing in nearby Lake Georgetown. Stroll the Old Town Square on First Friday events enjoying great dining, a glass of wine or a beer at a local establishment in beautiful downtown Georgetown. The Palace Theater features outstanding, live theater. Or perhaps you want to spend the day browsing the shelves at the nationally recognized Georgetown Public Library.

Wolf Ranch Center for more dining and shopping is located about 15 minutes from our cottage. There is something to do for everyone in Sun City or the surrounding areas.
Our home can comfortably sleep up to 4 people; however, our rates are based on a two-person occupancy. Additional guests above two are an additional $25/per person/per night. Additional guests MAY be permitted up to 7 days with owners' approval. Owner requires copies of I.D.'s of all occupants.

Ask owner for details if you are staying with us for at least 60 days you may be able to purchase a Recreation Pass. Sun City Community Association Charges $100/person for Recreation Pass. This fee is optional and at your expense. The Association refunds $50/person when you return your badge at the end of your stay. The golf courses are public at the time of this writing; therefore, no association pass is required to play golf. Just pay the course fees directly. Contact SCTexas.org for details on golf.
