This was a fun place to stay! My son and I enjoyed it. Perfect size for us two. Very clean, great location and the AC was phenomenal for a long hot day on the river! Will definitely use this spot again!

Thank you so much for staying I glad you liked it sorry I could not meet you
The "Tiny House Experience" was one for the books! Small, yes! Accommodating, yes! Great location, yes! The tiny house was exactly as it was described. We were truly tourist and tried to incorporate as much as possible in our days. We literally showered and slept (loft beds were comfortable) here and was up and rolling early the next morning. Our host was great!
Enjoyed it very much thank you for letting us stay in your tiny house
It was fun to try something new and kids loved the tiny house. thank you

Thank you for you review Lisa. We would appreciate any feedback of what we could improve or do in the future to best suit our guests. We strive to keep a 5 Star rating, thank you again and have a wonderful day.
This tiny house was immaculately clean and exactly as described by the owner. It was just a few minutes from downtown and from Blanchard caverns. It was so peaceful that you could really hear the birds singing quite loudly early in the morning. I was able to feel quite safe walking my dog in the neighborhood.

Nancy thanks for the review and I would love to have you back soon
The inside was great with all the wood that was used in designing the house. The only problem we had was the stairs going up to the beds. We are older and I was very hesitant about climbing them. The couch made out to a bed so we slept there. Other than that it was a good place to stay.
There is so much good to say about The Tiny Home Expirience. Very clean, organized and very roomy to be “tiny”. All the amenities were there. It has 2 loft beds and a pull out couch. The bathroom had everything we needed, the kitchen had everything. It’s in a very nice peaceful neighborhood and everyone waves as you go by. The White river is right across the road and and a boat launch 1 minute down the road. The owner is super nice and checked on us. If you have tried a tiny home, we 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be booking there every time.
The place was very well-kept inside and out, and it was very easy to find. The tiny house is very well-built and very comfortable. Very easy to heat and cool depending on what you need. All the amenities that were provided were just what someone would need. And the views are nice. Being just north of Mountain View and so close to so many pretty byways and old highway, it was worth the money and the trip. I will definitely be back.

Enjoy every thing except the latter going straight up to the beds. They should be at an angle.

Very clean, cute, and cozy! Well stocked and convenient to get to from Mountain View.
We made a last minute trip to Mountain View and were looking for a pet friendly place to stay. This was a perfect place for our needs and desired price range. Our kids have always wanted to stay in a tiny house so this was a really fun experience for them. The listing says that it sleeps four but with two queen lofts and a futon downstairs, you can sleep six. We were very pleased to have a full bathtub and the house was very well stocked. This house is located in a really nice, quiet neighborhood that is great for walking or biking and is convenient to local attractions.

It was a pleasure having you stay with us, I hope you can come again.
The only problem we had was that the futon was very worn out.It was uncomfortable to sit on and worse to try to sleep on. I talked with the owner before we left.He said he would replace the futon.Other than the futon everything else was very good.

Well you suggested and it is gone i added a very nice hideaway bed and have had no complaints
I enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights in September 2022, my second stay at this property. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I may be getting a bit old for climbing the ladders for those middle-of-the-night bathroom trips, but I knew that going in. The location and cleanliness of the property were worth it for me.

Good place to stay. Tiny house experience good. Nice and neat. The drawback to this cabin is the climb into the upstairs lofts. The climb is straight up and straight down.

thats why I put pics of them so you know what your renting
We thought his was on the river, and looked forward to fishing but there was no access. In addition, we had to turn the water on at the meter at the road even though the owner lived right across the street. I feel a rental should be ready to rent when we arrive.

There is nothing that says it is on the river it says it is across the road. I turn the water off because the water department blows out pipes regulators and anything else that can’t stand 250 lbs of pressure. I believe you booked just about on the spot and the lady that takes care of it was not available. I have a house across the road but I don’t live there I’m sorry you had to turn the water but you don’t have to come back if that was so much trouble
Came to Mtn. View and this was still close enough and very quiet. I enjoyed the property and got to experience a tiny house, something about which I have been curious for some time. Had a very nice stay!

If you want to grill out there is one available right across the street.
Why they chose this property
I really like the Tiny house I have owned the property for 11 years The Mountain View area is great place visit. People come from all over to play Blue Grass music in little groups all around the court house. Blanchard Springs Caverns is just 5 miles from Sylamore creek great restaurants, and you can't beat the trout fishing.
