This location in Mt View is very convenient. And, it is a comfortable place to stay, all things considered. Sadly, the home wasn’t up to standard for cleanliness. The towels and bedding were below average quality. The home was very cold when we arrived, and we couldn’t get the heat started. Fortunately, the property manager was very responsive and helpful, so that was nice.
The cost was reasonable until they add the cleaning and service fee , which was around another $100! OUCH!. But the location was really close to the courthouse. I would look for a more reasonably priced place next time I stay, but only found out about the festival a few days prior.
Response time was quick.
I was happy with house. Very well kept and comfortable. We will be using the Chandler House more often, since we go to this area 3-4 times a year. Looking forward to next trip.
You might consider an outside light on the side of the house where you park. Someone tried to steal the flip cover on the back of my truck but wrecked it and I found it damaged on the ground. I know there were a lot of tourists there, but maybe an extra light would deter the possible thieves.

Won't be going back
We booked a 1 night stay for 4 adults. We arrived after a long drive. We wanted to take showers but there were only 2-one ounce liquid soaps, hardly enough for one person, let alone 4. There was coffee but only 2 individual packages of creamer and not much more sugar/sweetner. Had we been told there would be no supplies we could have been prepared. The power went out in the middle of a hot stuffy night which of course caused us to awaken. We left at dawn with very little sleep, no showers, or
coffee! We have been to Mountain View before and always stay at a vrbo. We have always had wonderful experiences. Good thing we aren't judging the area by this rental property! We will be back to Mountain View but never ever to this property or any other property these people own.
