I appreciate the extras that was in the unit. It did come in handy. The air conditioner was loud in the bedroom which may be an issue with light sleepers, as well as watching TV in bed. We didn't mind it to much. Unit is spacious and well stocked with towels and linens. We made use of the washer and dryer. Very happy with our stay looking forward to booking here again.

The unit is below the upper main house with the owners above so you may hear walking above every now and then nothing major though. You cannot beat the value of this unit as some standard hotel rooms cost more per night. It is close to everything and is private as we only saw the owners once by-chance in the driveway shortly after arrival. They provide enough clean wash clothes and towels for an with a nice size laundry room.Too many amenities to list.We have been to the Gatlinburg area many times and this was one of the best stays ever.There is an air dehumidifier or air purifier in the bedroom area that comes on occasionly even at night, but we got used to the sound.Overall, I highly recommend this property.Thanks Frank and Debbie!!!
