STANDALONE PERFECT VACATION HOUSE TO LET IN MALINDI,
Located in a secure, gated community, this private house is the perfect family vacation house and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests in one night. This house consists of one standalone house that houses four very commodious en-suite bedrooms. They all have inbuilt wardrobes for your storage during your stay and Air Condition. A spacious well equipped kitchen, that is detached from the main house, offers the perfect place where you and your family/friends can prepare meals or if you wish to have the services of a private chef we can arrange for that at a small fee.
The house has a one bedroom guest house complete with a bathtub for your guest to enjoy. There is also an extra bathroom for use by guests or to use when swimming. The house has a large swimming pool that your family and friends can enjoy a swim. There is a gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the breeze.
A large terrace that overlooks the swimming pool offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy your meals during your stay. The house offers a detached Servant Quarter which houses the caretaker who will ensure you have a pleasant stay. There is also a two carport and lush mature gardens.
What's more is that the house is only a few minute's away from the nearest beach.
For long term vacationers we offer a discounted rate starting from USD 1,000 Per Month.
