This fabulous ocean-oriented 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury villa complex is just a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. It is surrounded by live oaks and palmetto trees. This villa has Corian counters, custom moldings, and cultured marble showers. The unique (4th floor) rooftop pool and hot tub surround an expansive deck that allows you to catch the cool ocean breeze. You may also use one of the oceanfront pools at Seacrest.

The close proximity to the popular Coligny Plaza with its wonderful shops, restaurants, and nightly family entertainment makes North Shore Place the ideal getaway for families. It has the perfect blend of casual beach and luxurious elegance to provide a perfect vacation.

The living room was updated with new furniture in November 2018 and a new ceiling fan with an LED dimmer light.

The larger bedroom has a king-size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, a ceiling fan with LED light, a 32-inch flat-screen television, and a DVD player.

The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a ceiling fan with LED light, and a 32-inch LED flat-screen TV.

FREE wireless high-speed internet access.

This is an END unit with a wrap-around balcony. A table and chairs allow for outdoor dining or relaxing. With 301 being an end unit, there's no need for other guests to pass by the unit. Also, there is an extra-large semi-private hallway for this unit.

Happy repeat customer!

This is our second time staying at this property and it’s been fantastic both times! Location can’t be beat. If you’re sharing one car like we did there are so many walkable locations including grocery store, park with playground, restaurants, a brewery, etc. The beach ( private and public entrances) are also a short walk. The beach caddy thing is very helpful for hauling chairs etc to the beach. The cleaning is top notch. Everything you need in the kitchen. The only downside for some people might be the noise from across the street. There’s live music but it is usually over by 9 or 10 pm. This didn’t bother us at all and we actually enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the music after the baby went to bed. We’ll be back again I’m sure!

Perfect location and everything we needed!

We had such a wonderful stay here! It was spacious and well-stocked with all the kitchen and beach gear to get us through the week with three kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach and lots of shopping/dining. We had bikes delivered to the garage so it was convenient and easy!

My husband and I have owned the unit since 2005 and stay there 3-4 weeks a year. We have enjoyed vacationing in HHI with our 5 children.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! This is an end unit with a semi-private hallway ( the only unit that has one), so less hall traffic. Also, the balcony wraps around, providing more outdoor space. Restaurants, groceries, and nightlife are within a few minutes walking distance.
