It is perfectly suitable for a couple, for a 4-people family or for an amateur of sport and relaxation. The villa also offers a 150-sq.m sports complex with an infrared sauna, elliptical trainer, a rowing machine and an indoor swimming pool. Wireless internet, television, a barbecue, and a large terrace: once arrived, one does not want to leave anymore. However, there is a lot to do at the Granite Coast.

My profession as an architect allows me for having another view on living and residing in this wonderful Pink Granite Coast region: through my realisations, I wanted to make my guests enjoy this to the fullest. Welcome in Villa Tonic and in the Villa Bi family!

Why they chose this property

The region already has some attractive rental houses, and we wanted to give ours a sporty touch by adding the sport complex (fitness, sauna, swimming pool) to it, for exclusive use by the Villa's guests. Therefore, after an enjoyable walk along the shoreline, and from April until October, you can unwind in the 27-°C water.
