The listed house furnished 4-star tourism, south facing, equipped to new, is located on a path in a quiet area. You will find:
- On the ground floor
An entrance with separate WC
A large room (50 m2) with lounge (internet WIFI), open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer) overlooking a large terrace of 45m2 and a garden of 350m2 with trees.
A large room with a bed of 160x200cm, private bathroom, walk-in shower.

- Upstairs
A mezzanine area for rest, reading or games.
A room with balcony equipped with a bed of 160x200cm.
A room with 2 beds of 90x190cm.
A bathroom with tub and toilet.

You will also have:
 A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a garage to store bicycles, boards etc.
Internet access, WI-FI, DVD player.

Bed linen is provided, as well as bath mats, kitchen towels, one hand towel and one shower towel per person.

Loan of baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub
All windows and bay windows are fitted with electric roller shutters.
The energy costs (electricity, water) are included, for a reasonable consumption. Cleaning products will be provided: vacuum cleaner, washing powder (laundry, dishes), sponges, cleaning products.

Ein wunderschönes Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort

Das Ferienhaus ist ein sehr schönes, sehr helles Haus – sehr angenehm eingerichtet mit abgestimmten Farben und vielen Details. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und durchdacht. Es gibt viele schöne und viele funktionelle „Extras“ wie z. B. Palmen und andere schöne Pflanzen im großen Garten, überall viel Platz, schönes Geschirr, angenehme Bettdecken, eine DVD-Sammlung, eine Wäscheleine und ein Außenwaschbecken für die Strandwäsche etc. Die ruhige Wohngegend und gleichzeitige die Nähe zum Meer sind absolut ideal. Vielen Dank an Elise und Louise für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir waren das zweite Mal da und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Die auch kurzfristige Kommunikation hat immer sehr gut geklappt. In dem modernen aber gemütlichen Haus und in dem wunderschön angelegten Garten ist alles sehr durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit, die wirklich sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses und die für uns optimale Raumaufteilung. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir haben es sehr genossen...

Komfortable Ruheoase

Als fünfköpfige Familie mit drei Kleinkindern haben wir zwei sehr entspannte Wochen im Haus von Elise verbracht. Das Haus ist modern, blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe ohne Schnickschnack eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung (Küche, Garten, Kinder) ist außergewöhnlich gut! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Ortskern mit einem köstlichen Bäcker, einem Lebensmittelhändler, vielen netten Cafés sowie verschiedene wunderbare Strände sind fußläufig (und auch mit Kinderwagen) erreichbar! Elise und ihre Mutter, die uns persönlich in Empfang genommen hat, waren sehr herzlich und jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus insbesondere für Familien sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für Alles!

Tolles Haus

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus mit tollem Garten in Tregastel. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann alles in Tregastel gut erreichen, auch zu Fuß. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.
