All utilities are included along with a bi-weekly and on-demand cleaning service to meet you needs. Washer and Dryer facilities located across the street. If you’re tired of local area lodging that's loud, busy and that just feels like a motel, give us a try. We are the “Quality Affordable Alternative” to Status Quo lodging in the area!

Location is perfect & quiet. Only 5 minutes to most Nikiski based corporate headquarters, public beaches, fishing, indoor public pool, rec/fitness center, ice rink, grocery store and restaurants. However, still close to Captain Cook State Park, Kenai, Soldotna and more!

We have options: Multiple Suites so call for availability! Beautiful new Cabin and simple dry cabin in heart of Sterling’s fishing country also possible! Dry RV Spaces available upon request.

No Smoking Facility, Queen Beds in both rooms (Twin Beds available on request)
