This unit is on the 5th floor of the Legacy complex. This is a low density complex with only 23 units! Legacy 503 is a west corner unit that offers great views in all directions! This complex is direct Gulf front and this unit has a breathtaking direct Gulf/beach view!

Legacy offers an outdoor seasonally heated pool and direct beach access! This complex is only 1.5 miles from the Hangout so it is in a great location near several restaurants and souvenir shops.

Unit 503 is 3BR/3BA, 1,350 square foot unit and offers:

The living room has a sofa, 2 recliners, flat screen TV, 2 end tables, coffee table and an unbelievable direct Gulf view! The massive balcony has an opening from the living room with a perfect view of a sunset.

The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink, and plenty of counter space to accommodate your needs! We have all the kitchen utensils, so all you'll need is food and your hungry family! We also have a dining table for six to sit and enjoy.

The master suite offers a king bed, dresser, nightstand, TV and a private full bath that has a large soaker tub, walk in shower, 2 vanities and master closet.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dresser TV and nightstand. It also has a private full bath that has a tub/shower combo.

The 3rd bedroom offers queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, TV, and closet.

There is a 3rd full bathroom as well.

This unit has tiled floors through out and a full size washer and dryer.

Everything you could want in a beach vacation.

First just wanted to say thank you again to our host Jimmy! We had great communication throughout the stay and he was very accommodating. The condo was great with plenty of space, a great atmosphere, and of course that beautiful balcony beach view. The unit was thoroughly clean and stocked with anything you could want or need. Definitely one of the better kept beach rentals I've stayed at in recent years. Definitely a 5 star rental.

Good location - dirty & several items needed attention

We were disappointed in the condition of the condo. Before we arrived the owner was very responsive however while we were there they did not return our phone call about issues. We liked the layout of the condo & the furniture dining table was very worn and sticky, it couldn't be cleaned.

Great place

The condo was lovely. We had 6 people total and had plenty of room. The view of the beach and water was amazing. The location is good too, you can walk to restaurants if you wanted to.The kitchen had plenty of space and had everything we needed.

I own and manage rental property in my own hometown, and in Gulf Shores besides this condo. My wife, three daughters, and I have always enjoyed warm weather in Alabama; now that I am finally settling down, my wife and I have decided to buy a few condos. This is our home away from home! We love relaxing and enjoying the sun!

Why they chose this property

We love the southern Alabama beaches, and because we have friends living within thirty miles of Gulf Shores, we decided to buy beachfront property. We finally decided to move to Gulf Shores in January 2020 after vacationing here for 20 years. We know you will love our new city as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

My wife is an avid shopper and she enjoys the two shopping outlets located in Gulf Shores, plus the several surf shops in Gulf Shores too. My three daughters and their friends enjoy going to the festivals held annually year around, going to The Hangout less than one mile from our condo, and go-kart racing in Gulf Shores! We all go out to eat at our favorite restaurant throughout the week! There are over seventy-five restaurants within ten miles of our condo. Our favorite restaurants are the Shrimp Basket, Lambert's, Tacky Jack's, the Fish River Grill, and The Rib Shak BBQ.
