Modern Single-Level, In-Town Home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to 12 acres of City-owned open space. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and the convenience of one level living.
This home is in an ideal location for Durango, it is situated in a friendly neighborhood close to parks, bike trails, golf and Fort Lewis College. The home is on a safe and quiet street with very little traffic. Just minutes away from downtown Durango. The attention to detail is incredible, with custom finishes throughout. All closets including pantry were built out with high-end adjustable shelving. Kitchen has custom cabinets and all counter tops are high-end granite. The lighting fixtures were carefully selected to fit the space and make it feel like home. The landscaping is immaculate with Custom Fencing and Flagstone patios in the backyard are stunning and make this in-town home feel like a place to escape!
