Vacation home 1.5km from the beach

Welcome to our house in the heart of the "Pagan" country, 1km5 from the sandy beaches of Kerlouan in northern Finistère.

The house is located 1.5 km from the fishing village of MENEHAM, a classified site and 1.5 km from the town center. (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy ....).
Brest is 35km and Roscoff 40km.

Ground floor: 1 living room with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, fridge) and lounge with LCD TV (stove with wood offered), a pantry with LL and 1WC.

On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC.

On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom on the mezzanine with a 140 cm bed.

Outside: courtyard, enclosed garden.

Ein Paar Informationen fehlen

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.Jedoch sollte dazu geschrieben werden, dass das Haus auf der Anfahrtsstrasse zur Site Meneham liegt. Schon im Frühjahr viel Verkehr.Küche braucht eine bessere Ausstattung.Handtücher sollten zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Das cottage war prima. Alles vorhanden. Schoene Lage in der naehe vom Strand and Wander moeglichkeiten. Schade das es kein Wifi gab im Haus und de Huener bei den Nachbaren. Um 4.30 Uhr schon wach und das bis 6.00 Uhr.

Vacances à la hauteur de notre attente

Maison bien agencée, conforme à notre attente, adaptée à notre famille de cinq personnes. Proche du légendaire site de Méneham, et de son camping… La route longeant la maison est bien empruntée par les camping-cars. Rien pourtant n’y paraît une fois à l’intérieur. Des petits regrets ? Le fait qu’il n’y ait peut-être qu’une seule douche, ou qu’une dizaine d’assiettes. Tout à fait supportable ! Nous avons apprécié la localisation nous permettant de profiter des plages et châteaux alentours, de la proximité de Roscoff et de Brest. Un séjour bien agréable de 2 semaines qui restera dans nos meilleurs souvenirs.

La maison est très confortable et bien tenue, ce qui est essentiel. Son seul défaut est de ne pas disposer d’une belle vue, mais tout ce qui est beau est accessible en quelques minutes, même à pieds.

Winter in der Bretagne

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus, welches wir mit dem vorhandenen Holz im tollen Kaminofen beheizen konnten. Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen über den Jahreswechsel dort zu 4 bzw. Zu fünft verbracht. Aber auch zu 6 ist das Haus nicht zu klein. Die zuvorkommend en Vermieter wohnen in Lesneven und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Schönes Häuschen in einer kleinen Ortschaft, Küste ca. 2 km entfernt und traumhaft für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wer eher Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Jederzeit wieder!

schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Gegend

Das Ferienhaus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Besonders hat uns der Raum im Dachgeschoss gefallen, von dort hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Zu dem ca. 2 km entfernten, wunderschönen Strand führen 2 Straßen, aber auch 2 (blau) markierte Wanderwege, die gleich hinter dem Haus beginnen. In ca. 1,5 km Entfernung liegt Kerlouan mit Bäcker, Supermarkt und ein paar kleinen Läden. In Kerlouan ist sonntags ein kleiner Bauernmarkt. Die Umgebung bietet ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten: Dorf Meneham, Leuchtturm Pontusval, Menhir Men Marz, Wallfahrtskirche Le Folgoet. Das Faszinierendste ist aber die Küste, die sich überall anders zeigt und überall schön und ziemlich leer ist. Die Vermieter sind nett, wohnen aber nicht vor Ort. Der Garten ist gepflegt, aber von eher unansehnlichen Nachbarhäusern/Lagerhallen umgeben
